    My heart was in my mouth after the first 8 rounds. I don’t know how I completed this but I am so glad I did. My heartbeat was 191 at one time. Thank you for pushing me beyond my limits. One of the best HIIT / Tabata / Cardio workouts I have ever done. Much love from Japan 🇯🇵♥️

    This is my favorite tabata. I’ve been doing it for many times. I paused for about a months and did bodypump. When I resumed today, it took me to the next level. I can continue my tabata without struggling as much as before.

    Just finished this one for Sweat and Shred Week 2! I was feeling so tired at the beginning from the upper body workout but after round 2 I had a sudden burst of energy and completed the rest of the workout with a bang! Feeling so proud of myself for finishing this one! I FEEL SO GOOD AND READY TO START MY DAY! Thank you Anna :D

    I've never experienced such effortless, short yet effective exercise for the time I started working out. All the other videos were just putting too much pressure that I had to take some breaks right during the "on" time. Thank u, I'll add this to my routine!

    Done with the workout 😢… feel all the kind of burn .. this is my 2 time doing it n this time I manage to do it much better than the last time … I finished it without any break n felt so much stronger… i m in a sweat bath but super proud of myself ❤.. i m following the lilly and anna challenge n gonna do the same challenge for a month .. this is my second week 😳🥹👍… will give u update at the end of the month 🎀

    I haven't been exercising for almost 3 months. But I have been jogging 10 km everyday. I exercised only half of this video, i mean first 12 minutes of it 2 days ago. And i'm not still able to walk, my muscle pains are killing me 😂 I can't wait to do it again, for this time whole 24 min 🙏🏻 Thanks a lot for this video ❤💋
