    i'm 13 years old and have never felt confident with my body but with your workouts i feel so much better. i do my workouts at night in my room without my parents knowing and most of the time im so tired but do your workouts without fail. I love you so much and you are an inspiration. xxx

      Me too! There’s something about those short bursts that j can handle better than even HIIT, even though I love those too. It just seems a bit easier? Should I even say that when I’m sweating like a crazy person 😂

    Anna, I started working out with you 6 weeks ago. I remember the first time I did Tabata. I hated every second of it because it just reminded me of how unfit I was. Now, 6 weeks of consistantly following your calender, I find myself absolutely LOVING this workout. Thank you so much, you forever changed my life because that negative voice in my head during workouts telling me I suck is now cheering me on when I almost want to give up. Your workouts are accessible and easily ajustable when you're a beginner.
    I couldn't do the Finisher but some day I will!
    You must work very hard for your business and deserve every little part of it because very few people created what you did and it takes such consistant work and effort. If you ever find yourself touring through the Netherlands I will be definitely attending.

    One of my favorite workouts on TH-cam.
    The only thing I'd slightly change is the fact that sometimes the soundtrack is a bit too slow and doesn't match how proudly exhausted we're feeling.

    The survivor song was very fitting near the end. I wanted the workout to be done, but the song motivated me to keep on going! Thanks Anna for all you do!
    I have not been the most consistent at working out in my life. I set a goal at the beginning of the year and have worked out almost 5 days a week since then. I feel great after your workouts! Now I am starting to change my eating habits to put in healthier choices and it is amazing how empowering it is.

    I don't usually comment, but I just wanted to say, Anna's workouts never manage to absolutely kill me and put me on fire. I'm a very active person, I'm a dancer so I go to classes multiple times a week, and I workout 5-6 times a week, so I'm quite fit, but this tabata had me drenched in sweat and I was literally in tears by the end. But the end feeling is unbeatable! And I am slightly addicted to it 😂 Keep going guys, the process might be hell, but it'll feel good in the end I promise

    Lovely workout. I really say when I earlier see Tabata workout I avoid 10-15 min Tabata workout, don't like them but know I am fan of Anna's Tabata workouts. Mind-blowing energy, .its too much sweaty and calorie killer. 💪☺️💪💪🔥🔥

    Lovely as always! I made some exercises in the "easy" way (like knees on the floor on the walking push ups) but I'm so proud of us! :) thank you anna!

    that was a great workout. Split lunge burpees got me over my max HR, but I was able to power through!!!
