      I can tell you why it doesn’t have many views. People don’t want to look at the tv while stretching we want to hear what to do so it flow’s naturally into the next move instead of checking the tv the whole time

      Those are short practices and after doing them several times, one can remember almost all the moves and poses. And if not, then there are helpful beeps before every next pose, taking a quick look is not a problem.
      While following other practices like yoga for instance, from time to time you need to see how it's been done correctly, not only listen. Personally, I prefer quiet over unnecessary and tiring chatting

    I am an older (64) woman who lost strength pre/post Double Knee Replacement . Then add covid quarantine and I was a puddle. I have recommended Dayana to everyone. I love the countdown so I don't have to look up at the screen every 2 second. I have been doing this stretch routine daily for over a month and it is now part of my morning just like coffee and brushing my teeth. Thank you Dayana for making me feel so good.

      So 10 months on and doing this every morning has led to a 40 pound weight loss and my strength and toning have improved drastically . This morning routine has led to a super positive attitude and my strength and flexibility is really impressive. From a tiny acorn does the oak tree grow. This routine is the foundation of expanded agility and health. Thank you Dayana

    Sister I love your stretching and I do your morning and evening stretch. In morning, I do your 5min warm up+ 5min abs workout+ 5min morning stretching.

      Hey lovely, there’s little research on the efficacy of facial exercises. Generally speaking, exercising your muscles = burning calories, which can mean weight loss. However, we cannot decide where in the body those calories burn from. The only healthy, nonsurgical way to reduce facial fat is to lower your overall body fat and become leaner. This can be achieved through diet and exercise (workouts for your whole body). Hope this helps. 😊

    Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!

      This is not yoga, yoga combines both dynamic and static stretching with breathing techniques and balance. These stretches are static, as you hold the stretch for a specific time without moving.

      @@DayanaWang But in Yin style yoga we hold the pose for 45 sec to 2 min or for a specific number of breaths, so as long as I am doing my breathing and moving from one pose to another, it is a short Ying yoga for me. Thank you

      Yes that's also correct, but I am not teaching the breathing work in the video and this does not really class as a yoga video unless like yourself know the breathing work and do it alongside my video! 😄
