    it’s clear that a few ppl only watched this video for one reason and let me just say the most “beautiful” thing in this video is the peacefulness and your grace, not your figure. the true “art” is the way you use yoga for healing. it’s a shame that isn’t the focus for some ppl.

    I've been suffering from depression and lots of irritability n others things like anxiety. My boyfriend recommended I try yoga and I actually kinda tried but I gave up the first time n laughed at myself 😅
    But I came back to give it another chance and found just the right video for me!! I haven't felt this calm in a while and I actually felt like myself again! I'm going to try n memorize these so I can add some relaxing music to it and just slowly drift off somewhere to my happier place.

    It’s 6am and I just tried this two minutes ago because a friend told me it works well with waking you up, and I can definitely feel a difference!! Now I think I’m going to do yoga every morning! I don’t know how I didn’t do this until now!

    This has been fantastic, it’s just the perfect level for me especially for the morning when I usually find it very hard to make extra time for
    anything. Hence the 5 minutes are really ideal. I love also your voice and how you keep reminding about focusing on the breath. Thank you so much for making this available! Really changing my life in positive ways ❤️

    This honestly will always be my favourite morning yoga when I’m short on time

    this is SO great for me
    i have been looking for a short stretch and relaxing video and they were all 10-15 minutes until this one which is great for me because i wanna do it every morning but dont have enough time for a LONG video

    Thank you for keeping this video! It's seriously the best morning video. I do it under a blanket and it's great when you are so tired or to sore to move or feel like you possibly cannot move. Lol! I'd love to see a longer version of a class you can do under a blanket that's super gentle. In the mornings I'm so exhausted before work or so sore from the gym, this video is the opener to my day! I love it!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    Fantastic video! I like these videos that go right into the movements and no talking. The description of the movements and instructions are narrated. No unnecessary talking or getting off topic, it keeps you really focused.
    The only issue is the calming soothing voice makes me sleepy. I could use it as an ASMR replacement.

    Ok so I found this about a week ago when looking for a good cooldown after working out and now I can't even stop using it. I've been doing it every morning since I found it and I always feel so at peace after doing it. Thank you so much for making this!

    I LOVE THIS! It’s so easy and simple, and just 5 minutes! Which was the selling point for my lazy self honestly haha. and it literally makes me feel so relaxed! I feel like all my limbs have had a good stretch too. And I know this is weird but I like to do this after I brush my teeth and put lotion + perfume on as like an aroma therapy thing, so whilst I’m doing this I get a light/slight scent of all of these things depending on where I am and it’s so relaxing to smell something nice like lighting a candle perhaps (I’ve ran out at the moment lol). I always keep my eyes closed whilst doing this and I love it, it’s like meditation but with movement. Thankyou!

    Yoga is all about inner peace 🙏 and mainly Flexibility. Needed in this Lockdown for removing mental stress

      This is true ❤️ however flexibility has nothing to do with the practice of yoga. Even the most inflexible can practice yoga. You can do yoga even if you physically can’t move. If you can breathe...you can do yoga. The breath is movement. 🙏🏼

    I did this session on my bed feeling bad because I was too tired to bring my mat, standing up and practice... BUUUUUUT in the middle of the sesh you said "if you're in bed" and I was SO relieved I wasn't cheating on myself or doing less for the session. 🥹🩵
