I love that nothing extreme is shown... simple to follow and do-able ones only ... and having everything timed in real time is VERY convenient to follow the video while doing the exercises... no guesswork and just watch and follow exactly ... 👍👍👍👍

Are there any stretches recommended for lower back pain and wrist pain... mainly caused by long hours sitting and driving? 2. How do you manage to sit on your legs so comfortably and for so long? Hey lovely, thank you! ❤️ Most of the stretches in this video and my other stretching videos are good for lower back pain. I can sit comfortably on my legs because I stand up at work and I am a fairly active person (I film the workouts, I go to the gym, I stand up at work for 8 hrs a day, I go for walks / run errands etc). I suppose that could change in time if you start to become more active and you build a bit of muscle mass and your body gets stronger.
Thank you for posting this kind of videos! I have a question... If I can't do this 0:12 like putting my feet like that, what can I do instead? It hurts me and you have to do it in most of the poses so I don't know what to do with it

Oh no, you ca try a Turkish sitting pose. Try to google it to get an image. Hope that one is a bit easier for you.
