    I love how there are no interruptions between the moves except the beeper which guides you to switch move. The background music makes is so calming I love this so much this was so easy to do and my back feels so much better now :')))

    okay, i'm finally gonna say this. i'm convinced that this is one of the best 5 min bed stretches out there! i've been watching this video for i think a month now. tried looking for others thst i thought might be better but no, this helped me a lot especially when my stomach hurts after i wake up. thank you Dayana! going to stretch now again~😍 goodnight!

    I've been doing this routine regularly since October and I still love it a lot! Even if I'm short on time, it's my little morning and evening ritual and if I were too tired, I do it in a study/screen break or so :)
    I do other stretching routines as well but this one remains special because it was and will be my first step coming out of my depression.
    Obviously I memorized the sequence by now but I don't think I couldn't without the video because the music is really relaxing too.

    Thank you so much! Recently I've been trying to start streching, but couldn't find time and energy. Stretching in bed is efortless, but still stretching). Did this routine for the first time in the morning and really felt myself focused, toned, concious and calm for the rest of my day!

    Actually all of these exercises are good for your spinal cord. My physiologist suggested me to do all of these to ease my back pain. Good job to you!✨✨✨

    Working on getting myself out of a depressive funk and this is just the video I needed to relax for bed and get back in touch with my own body. I look forward to doing this again especially after working out. I think these stretches would feel incredible after that!

    i grew up balinese, in elementary we always had yoga for our last class every friday, when the class was about to end our teacher made us lay down on our mats and close our eyes for 2 to 5ish minutes while she played really relaxing instrumental music like the one you're using. i wished i cherished it more than i did at that time but im glad i got to experience something like that! this gave me so much nostalgia if you couldnt tell lol thank you for giving me something to look forward to in my life.

    I am a GBS (Guillian Barre patient) and I have damaged nerves which causes my body to feel tired, overworked, tight, all-day/ everyday constant pain, back problems, numbness, tingling, mild (but can be aggressive at times) paralysis, and I couldn't be more grateful finding this video, and repeating this every morning, just to make getting out of bed a little more easier!     Thissss issss sooooo goooooddd. Just a simple 5 min stretching. I did this in the morning and I feel so refreshed today. I really gotta do this everyday so that my body doesn't aches anymore because of my being lazy and lying down all day ❤

      I'm looking for morning streches to start my day and I came across this video. Very simple to follow and yet very effective. Being a first timer, I loved the routine. Not sure though if I'm doing the right position 😅. I heard my back bones cracked when I did the supine twist R and it feels amazing for my body! This is a 5 minutes magic 🪄 Thank you! ❤️

    I gotta tell you that I'm a really big fan of you showing that you're moving to the next pose, you don't start the timer before being in the new pose, there's no loud or annoying beeping sounds, but small and soft ones (I like them too. Then I don't have to hurt my neck, constantly looking at my screen to see if you moved on to the next move), I'm usually not into music or ASMR while stretching but this was really nice and that you're not flipping around and sitting up and laying down again to just sit up right after, you know? Thank you so much!

    Wow honestly wow thank you so much 💖 I'm having a fever and doesn't feel like working out so I was looking for light yoga and I found the perfect one . Also I could breathe clearly without any problems while doing this as a person with breathing issues it really did help so much 💖

    I'm watching this at night, and the video is perfect. If you ever come across this comment, would you consider doing the same video but in "dark mode" (aka not so bright) so it's easier to look at in the evening?

    Praise- Loved that you didn't see the clock until you would likely be in the position. Polish- a voice over of the position or how to get into the position and an alternative would have been helpful as I went through the routine. Thank you.

    I'm looking for morning streches to start my day as a prep for my fitness journey and I came across this video. Routine is very simple to follow (even for a first timer like me!) and yet very effective. I'm not sure though if I'm doing the right poses 😅. I heard my back bones cracked when I did the supine twist. But it felt really amazing! This is a 5-minute magic! Thank you so much! ❤️ Hope I will be able to do the morning and night routines consistenly starting today.
    P.S. I love the background music! Very soothing and calming. I super love everything about this video ❤️❤️❤️

    now i feel relief. im too lazy to prepare my mat & just wanna stretch in bed. i stopped easy pilates last week. & i cant take it after all day long work my body feels tensed. glad i did this

    This actually what’s I looking for. I’m lazy to pull out my yoga mat and put on yoga clothes. I think with this I can do it right away in bed without delay, also will increase the frequency of it. Thank alots
