I've been doing these stretches for a whole month now. I do this every day before I go to sleep and when I wake up. I used to suffer from insomnia at night and different types of pain during the day, mostly back pain. I'm telling you that this month I haven't experienced either of them. I sleep for the entire night, and my body feels relaxed and at ease, and during the day I feel more energized and able to move my body more freely. My back pain is history, never thought I would say that. Truly life changing, thank you so much for your videos❤

I see you haven’t posted new material for sometime, what you have covers so much!, but I would love to see some modified options for people with less flexibility, or like me with already bad knees. Hey lovely, just incorporate this within your nighttime routine. Whatever your night time routine might be, have a shower, brush your teeth etc. Everyone’s routines are different and I cannot speak for yourself, just do it whenever it fits your schedule and it feels right for you!
