    Hi Austin, I regularly do this exercise twice a day and the video how to get rid of negative thoughts and you adviced me to do this for three weeks but In just 2 weeks, Im totally back to normal and more happy and healthier as my blood pressure back to normal and I sleep much better.     I had to go to the doctor and had anxiety about what the doctor will tell me about my knee. Austin Goh helped me immediately. After the first time I did this exercise all the anxiety disappeared. Imagine if I do this 2 times a day for 3 weeks as Mr goh says. It is very simple but VERY effective exercise. Thanks again Mr Goh for these videos, I watch them when I need.

    My father has been trying a few of your methods to fix his severe neck pain. It had been troubling him for years and he had been considering an operation on the recommendation of a professional .     Austin I tried to do this but my heart rate was through the roof & couldn't continue. I have rapid heart rate with anxiety & not sleeping please help. I tried your calming rapid heart rate earlier & helped thank you 💖🙏

    I’ve been having some sort of heart palpitations for a month now with 0 pain. My heart always feels like it’s constantly racing and when I work out it feels normal but once the workout is over the palpitations start again.

      Austin Goh I’m gonna try this again today I’ve had a nervous stomach for around 6 weeks now, while needing the toilet aswell I’ve been to the doctors they said it’s nothing it is a bug it will go in a week and it’s been weeks.

    Hy Austin my skin is normal it's not oily,i am eating healthy diet,water intake is good and taking enough sleep but still I am getting fresh acne now I am 27.in my teen age my skin was clear.

      HI Al, hope you ok. In the morning I wake up around 5am I will have a cup of english breakfast tea, after my morning shower
      I will do my circulation and breathing exercises for 10 minutes
      Then I will do my filming for the video that I had prepare the day before, Normally will film 2 or 3 videos depending how I feel.
      I don't normally eat breakfast till 9.30 I will have a toast with butter.
      Lunch time around 1 pm I will have rice, and meat it can be chicken, beef or fish.
      I do not drink lots of water like some people I drink only hot drink only when I feel a bit thirsty.
      around 5 pm I will have tea and croissant I will teach from 6 to 8pm and have dinner it can be rice or noddles
      I eat only cook food and not too many spicy or fried food
      I go to bed around 1 am in the morning and after 9pm I don't eat or drink anything.

    Sir, thank you for your videos. 1) I feel intense generalized anxiety, I feel it manifests as sensations of tingling and vibration in my feet. Do you think this anxiety exercise could help. 2) I also feel poor energy levels. Which exercises and how many times , and when (morning, evening, one after the other etc?) should I do to address these conditions. Will appreciate if you an advise.

      Do the anxiety exercise first then the energy after. Do this before each meal. Let me know how you get on.

    My teacher thought me this technique to stop day dreaming.. it's very simple... Touch your tongue to upper part of the mouth.. with mouth closed.. Whenever you start dreaming. It worked for me.. hope it works for you guys...

    M havin anxiety n panic attack almost everyday...especially in work place. Extreme shaky hands and pounding heart.by the end of the day i get so exhausted and drained. Wil this exercise wrk in my case? I want to permanently get rid of it.😭😭

      @@K1ke8ie1r When u you are having anxiety or are even close to having a panic attack, the trick is to look at it as a fun thing, a thrill, kind of like a roller coaster ride, and ask for more of the anxiety, like think to your self or even say it out aloud, something like "Man, I love this feeling! Please give me more! This is fun!" while you are either laying down on a bed or sitting down on a coach. I know it sounds scary, but trust me, it works, your anxiety will literally go from a 10 to a 2 in a matter of seconds because you are embracing the anxiety and the fear. You are now looking at it as a fun and thrilling feeling. When fear and anxiety is no longer able to trouble you or control you it flees from you because it is no longer able to bother you. That technique changed my life. I went from having the worst anxiety and panic attacks to almost none at all. Also, if you are battling anxiety, try to stay away from all caffeinated products and masturbate a lot less.

    When I Do This Exercise I Can Breath Normally To My Nose Without Any Blocks On It And Its Funny My Parents Watched Me While Doing The Exercises And Ask With Laugh Why You Doing That They Think Im Doing Weird Hahaha
