I used to think 'brain fog' was fake until I had covid TWICE! I experiened some brain fog the first time I caught covid, but it went away after a few months. Unfortunately I caught covid again and now I am going on over a year with mild to severe brain fog to the point that I go into panic attacks. I've seeked medical help for months and nothing has worked. It has gotten to the point where doctors think I am making it up or I am losing my mind. Your breathing exercise have definitely been of great help. Although I still have brain fog from time to time, it is not as severe and I have not experienced any further panic attacks. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS VIDEO WITH THE WORLD! I feel it has definitely saved my life, thank you.
Oh wow, thank you so much for your amazing message. I'm going to pin this one :). I was the same - it took me a long time to figure out the solution. So glad it is helping you. 🙏. Sending hugs 🤗
This is why we still need to wear masks and protect ourselves. Covid isn’t over and it has long-lasting effects that can carry on your entire life and cause huge health issues later.
I've been sick with me/cfs for decades. If you go to any doctor, they will tell you you're nuts....this to me is very puzzling and Discouraging. I always had put my trust in the medical system....not anymore... Thanks for the great vid.
Brainfog quick breath work 1)Mouth closed whole time 2. Normal breath in and out through nose 3. After exhale hold nose for 5 seconds 4. Breathe in and out of nose normally 16 seconds 5. Repeat 3-5 Mins Thankyou
Thanks i think maybe i understand this. He is unlear giving instruction. And its a bit ironic tbh like we have brainfog already so go harder with the instruction
This is the best ever comment by creator. Many people who are watching this will just do it for say 1 or 2 days... and will forget applying. IMPLEMENTATION AND CONSISTENCY IS THE 🔑
From past 1 Year, I was struggling from brain fog.. This video has literally changed my life. I was practicing this exercise before going to sleep and after waking up. Thanks to the creator of this video. You deserve more views on this video brother..

@@ngayaroland3861 I had lost sense of smell and taste 99% after getting covid 19. I recovered sense of smell and taste after 3 days fasting. I heard 3 days fasting has cell restoration effect. I guess s/he had 3 days fasting.
This really works. A welcome side effect is that my hands (often cold) warmed up during the exercise. Many supposed experts say “in through the nose, out through the mouth” but I firmly believe the nose is always better.
Thanks so much for sharing @clennam62 🙏 . The warm hands are a sign of increased blood flow which is a really positive sign that the technique is working well for you .
I also prefer to breathe only through my nose, I feel that it works better for meditating and things like that. When I shake myself while exercising, I use my mouth and nose at the same time, but I practically never inhale through my nose and exhale through my mouth.
I was thinking about this lately when trying to follow along with meditations that tell you to breathe out through the mouth. I get they say you can release stale energy through the mouth and occasionally I get a natural desire to do a deep sigh of air out the mouth.. but generally it feels very unnatural to me to go in through the nose and out the mouth. In and out the nose feels very calming and natural. I’m sure there is reasoning behind the difference but that has been my experience trying to force the in through the nose out through the mouth approach.
Yeah, this is why people say to breathe into a bag when having a panic attack. CO2 increase actually signals the body to absorb more O2. This is a tried and true method, and is also key to anaerobic exercise.
Hey @JessieJussMessy yes absolutely "CO2 increase actually signals the body to absorb more O2" - spot on. As an aside - for panic attacks it's safer to use cupped hands with a small air gap between the fingers. That way the CO2 doesn't build up too fast (which can also cause panic) and also avoids the risk of Hypoxia.
Yea and no. In a case of hyperventilation you're doing it to counteract the effect and getting back to normal co2. Here you want to increase co2 above baseline.
Swimming will burn a lot of O2, adrenaline and cortisol. Remember the whole point of anxiety and panic is to prepare the body to run away. About the worst thing you can do is sit still. So you can either reduce stress induction by forcing a breath pattern, or you can burn it off. Either works. Breathwork is probably better during a stressful biz meeting, people think you're odd if you drop and do 50 push ups all of a sudden :)
This 15 min video says to do this: Breath into nose, let air out through nose, then pinch nose closed while counting backwards from 5 to 1. Then calmly breath in through nose and out through nose a few times then repeat.
Day 1 of doing this, 5 minutes into the exercise and i am already feeling clarity in my vision and thoughts. OMG I LOVE YOU MAN 😭 7 years of brain fog (which got triggered due to a weed bad trip) and finally feeling back into my senses. THANK YOU SO MUCH MAN !! Cant express in words how thankful i am to you 😭😭😭😭❤️ Edit: been doing this everyday for about 20 days, several times per day, feeling much more clear headed, focused and energised than before. this technique for real helping a lott. i would say my brain fog is 20% gone by far. i am gonna continue doing it for the rest of my life. hopefully, soon my brain fog will disappear once and forever. you are a lifesaver man. Thank you soooo much ❤❤
One of the main causes of brain fog is stress and anxiety, so just for that this exercise will work well. Meditation can also help if people have already started to calm with this breathing.❤
another thing i was thinking is maybe brainfog is also linked to 'zoochosis' type thing where people aren't in mindful intentional contact with nature enough. or aren't engaged enough / connected enoguh with certain things. just like when you trap an animal in a cage in a zoo it develops 'zoochosis' and starts having brain fog / depression etc. though Of course tho there are million possible causes of brain fog in humans, like viral infection or trauma or sleep cycle messed up etc.
I've just finished doing this after a normal 10 minute session of mindfulness meditation, and its been so long since I felt this clear minded and present. Thanks alot for this!
I had very severe brain fog problems, and I still experience it from time to time, but the most important thing in fighting it is a good diet and physical exercise, especially intense exercise. That worked for me.
Hey @HoTiiiii , yes totally agree that good diet and physical exercise (as long as the breathing is nasal and under control) can make a real difference.
While i agree that a good diet and mental health are vital and that one must move around as much as one is able despite difficulties, thise with chronic fatigue cannot do extreme exercises, they pay with extreme exhaustion , fatigue, brain fog, the next day which lasts days. Walking daily is the best aim and doable. Stretching exercises also. We feel inadequate when people tell us to do strong exercises as try as we do, we cant, we pay. Though if able go for it! And i am Glad it works for you and you are doing self care. This technique is wonderful if it clears some of the brain fog. It certainly aids breathing and calming. Yet to try when i get brain fog itself.
@@crystalclear6864 There are no silver bullets when i comes to chronic fatigue, it could be an of a hundred different things causing it from how much water you drink, your protein to carb ratio, creatine levels, B12 levels, amount of exercise, type of exercise, stress levels, sugar levels the list goes on and on and on.
You are a magician...for over 2 weeks i have been suffering with brain fluid and mucus flowing down into the throat through nasal lining with severe headache...after following your exercise for 5 minutes I can see my headache vanish....much love and thanks to you...🙏🥰✨💯✅

I have to say that I was skeptical at first, but i have so much brain fog that I decided to try and was amazed at the feeling of clarity and calming at 11:30. Thank you so much.!
Oh wow that is so amazing to hear 🥳. If the breath holds helped, then I would recommend trying the breathe light and breath light/slow/deep exercises to see if they have a similar effect. 🙏🏽
I have been in a horrible brain fog for about two years and my life quality has been very low. I am utterly surprised to do your technique and find that it actually clears out the fog - not completely but I absolutely notice some very noteable positive changes. Thank you so much, you are giving me true hope for the future here! I will keep on doing this every day. My goodness - everyone should know about this. I honestly feel like you just saved my life. Thank you so so much.
@andurk - Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm thrilled to hear that the Buteyko technique has brought you noticeable improvements in your brain fog. @@thebuteykomethod So a quick update from me. I have been having my first day in two years without the brain fog and I cannot thank you enough. I am shocked that such an «easy» thing can solve such a heavy, life destructing and seemingly unsolvable problem. Today there has been no dizziness, no blurryness, no delay, just 100 % sharpened mind. Absolutely insane.
Thank you so much for this. I found you after finding Wim Hof when looking to recover lung capacity after having covid. I tried this technique this morning from you and noticed better clarity almost immediately. As an often stressed out 40 year old man, with work and family challenges, I have felt burned out a lot these last 2 years. I just had all of my wisdom teeth out 2 weeks ago and I went under anesthesia during it. Ever since, I’ve had terrible brain fog and it’s taking a toll on my life. Hello from Tibet. Sir. I’m learning English now. But my mind can’t work and also my brain is even not working. Actually what happened to me that’s also I can’t understand. So can you please what happened to my brain and mind 👍🙏
This exercise actually works. I suffered with anxiety brain fog for a year 24×7 non stop. I could not think straight with frequent zone outs. It was so bad that I had to take break from my job because my job demands mental alertness. I did Anulom-Vilom pranayam (alternate nostril breathing) with breath hold (which is similar to this exercise with slight variations) and Om/Aum chanting. It worked like magic. My braing fog cleared within 15 days and I was back to work. I still do both the exercise and now its helping me with other anxiety symptoms. Please try this. Hope this works for everyone suffering from anxiety.
@johnnjoroge7802 well it really worked for me so much so that I couldn't believe at first. Give it a try, its just a breathing exercise so no harm in trying, start slow and gradually increase the time of breath hold. I wish you good luck and anxiety free life

Strangely this is more relaxing than belly breathing , very calming and it causes me to yawn and with copd to yawn and get a nice breath after is wonderful experience
Wonderful! I'm glad you found it so calming and relaxing. Yes the yawn can be a sign that the body is shifting into rest and digest mode. This exercise also helps to open up the airways too because CO2 acts as a bronchodilator. But try to avoid too many yawns or big breaths as then CO2 levels drop, and we get the opposite effect 🙏

Hails, that’s fantastic that you felt such a benefit. Yes I’ve noticed clearer vision after using the technique too 😀. Thank you so much for sharing and I hope you have a super weekend 🙏🏽
I've actually just recently discovered on my own that doing "belly breathing" during my walks, while doing long exhales, but exhaling completely, and then doing a quick "to the belly" exhale, and then repeat, I would feel a super sharp alertness, clearer eyesight, etc. I can say from personal experience alone, that this video is definitely valid.
Thank you so much for sharing 🙏. Yes the long exhales can down regulate the nervous system - helping us to shift into rest and digest mode which can divert more blood flow to the brain. Also, more CO2 build up. It might be worth experimenting with a slightly slower inhale and not exhaling for quite as long to see how that feels - just if it feels right for the body - it's always interesting to explore and experiment with the breath as long as it feels good to the body and mind :)
This worked for me so, so well. For months, I couldn't figure out what's happening with me. When it comes to work I always muscle my way through it but it felt wrong. Focusing was harder to do and it felt like I was half-drunk most of the time. I caught COVID back in 2020 but it was never serious. Not sure if it caused my brain fog, but this video and breathing exercise does really help. Thank you so much. All the best.
Thank you for helping people like me who struggle horribly from brain fog due to the covid shot. I'm willing to try anything. I feel lifeless and hopeless i wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy

@@martymaker yepp, reason why that method, breathing practices, meditation work so well w/ that is because the more O2 u have in your body the less Inflammation there is. Which is what causes illness, our bodies are naturally a LOT stronger than we've been lead to believe in the last 50-70+ years. The more positive thoughts you feed energy too the less stress you have as well as if you meditate, exercise & have a healthy environment/healthy boundaries w/ others! That and being dedicated to being the BEST version of yourself possible. 😁💯💪☯️🤟💚
really appreciate how you did the whole exercise with us. sometimes when we're not thinking clearly, it's easy to understand what could help, but it's very difficult to actually do it. I have covid brain fog on top of already difficult to manage adhd. This helped me a lot--especially hearing "just keep doing it, it'll take a minute to kick in" since I was already thinking that it wasn't working since it wasn't working as immediately as I expected it to. thank you for how much you anticipated about someone who is in the foggy state where we're needing help and incorporating that into your video. very, very helpful 👍

I had brain fog from hormonal issues. Just the worst! I couldn't work and often missed my exit while driving home. Luckily adjusting hormone levels has helped me. But I'm going to use this technique too.
Thank you it really helped me. I have brain fog every day due to adrenals, Inflammation, lack of blood flow to the brain, Was surprised and pleased that this helps. It also seems to be helping my ADD. I tried meditation and that didn’t work for me, but this does

I'm surprised that I actually felt a difference after just one session! As I'm with mental health, including ADHD which I often consider the reason of overstimulation and brain fog as my daily companions, I'm actually surprised that something as simple as "breathing less" seems to have an instant boost to by mental clarity. I'm gonna repeat this practice multiple times a day throughout the week - even if it just helps a little, I take any drugless improvement I can get.
All the things ya gotta do with ADHD just to feel kinda ok - it’s a full time job! I don’t think I felt immediate difference but I’m going to add it into my routine!

It has been helping tremendously with staying calm and focused. Just a question if you don't mind: you mentioned that a breath hold of 3-5s with 10-15s pauses is good start for the beginner. What would be the numbers for the next stage, and when should you move to the next stage?
Fantastic! That's amazing that it is helping you so much Jack, and thanks so much for sharing ❤️. So during this exercise, the max breath hold length is half of your control pause (explained here www.thebuteykomethod.com/buteyko-breathing/the-control-pause-a-complete-guide). So as your control pause increases, you can do longer breath holds. Just allow more time in between. You can also now try other Buteyko exercises like the other ones in my channel if you haven't done so already: th-cam.com/play/PLSTo-HpulVrACv7bUGOSErDit8n42rhF4.html
I use the wim hoff method, i can very much recognize the enhanced awareness you're speaking of. After a heavy session, I am more aware for the rest of the day. It's a much more hardcore version of this. After trying this, I am definitely going to add this to my daily routine. It's much less of an ordeal, and easier to do even in public..
Oh wow. surprised. helpt calm me down. Thinking i was calm to start with. Thats what anxiety can do. Mess with your persueption of calm. You really forget what its like. Thank you for this. i shall practise this 💕
Thank you for sharing this method. I will definitely start to do this more often. I wish I would have known this technique when I was in the deepest stage of my burn out. I never fully recovered though.
You are so welcome Sylhomeo. If you find this one helpful, then maybe try some of the other Buteyko exercises. I made a playlist of them here: th-cam.com/play/PLSTo-HpulVrACv7bUGOSErDit8n42rhF4.html

Hey Stuart, I found that magnesium did help my muscles feel a bit more relaxed but didn’t notice a difference with brain fog. I guess it depends if there is an underlying deficiency. I would advise anyone wanting to take supplements to talk to a nutritional or functional therapist before doing so (and not to expect miracles).
@@thebuteykomethod Good to know! Thanks for responding and enlightening me on that :) Cheers 🥂
The science is: It is the CO2 that pushes the O2 into the hemoglobin to then enter our cells. Most people over-breath.
Oh! Wow! I was always confused as to how that worked, thanks!
Yea and no. In a case of hyperventilation you're doing it to counteract the effect and getting back to normal co2.
Here you want to increase co2 above baseline.
Always wondered why swimming made me so calm. It's the breath holding.
Yes!
It’s probably holistic. I don’t consider this a substitute for swimming at all. Could be useful, though.
opposite for me, but I learned I have a hole I the heart, cant dive :(
@@animula6908 do you mean placebo?
Swimming will burn a lot of O2, adrenaline and cortisol.
Remember the whole point of anxiety and panic is to prepare the body to run away. About the worst thing you can do is sit still.
So you can either reduce stress induction by forcing a breath pattern, or you can burn it off. Either works.
Breathwork is probably better during a stressful biz meeting, people think you're odd if you drop and do 50 push ups all of a sudden :)
Wow!! After just a few breaths my vision became much sharper and I felt great. I really appreciate you for sharing this!!
Amazing! Thank you so much for sharing 🙏

This 15 min video says to do this:
Breath into nose, let air out through nose, then pinch nose closed while counting backwards from 5 to 1. Then calmly breath in through nose and out through nose a few times then repeat.
Yes that's basically it. Normal, small quiet breaths. Leave at least 10 seconds in between holds. 🙏
Thank you sooooo much.

One of the main causes of brain fog is stress and anxiety, so just for that this exercise will work well.
Meditation can also help if people have already started to calm with this breathing.❤
Deffo @TheRealDrWho 👍
another thing i was thinking is maybe brainfog is also linked to 'zoochosis' type thing where people aren't in mindful intentional contact with nature enough. or aren't engaged enough / connected enoguh with certain things.
just like when you trap an animal in a cage in a zoo it develops 'zoochosis' and starts having brain fog / depression etc.
though Of course tho there are million possible causes of brain fog in humans, like viral infection or trauma or sleep cycle messed up etc.
I've just finished doing this after a normal 10 minute session of mindfulness meditation, and its been so long since I felt this clear minded and present. Thanks alot for this!
Wonderful! Thanks so much for sharing 🙏
I thinks that’s from the mindfulness meditation
From you describing that, I wonder if it’s just adrenaline keeping you focused because your brain/body thinks it’s drowning/dying from lack of air
Just keep well hydrated and you'll suffer no more. and if you suffer from allergies cut out sugar from your life, best thing i ever did.
And i am

Amazing! After doing this my eyesight became clearer! It was very blurry as I’d been using my computer but I could literally see better. Thank you so much, I’ve been hearing a lot about how important breath work is ❤
Glad it helped! Clear vision was the first thing I noticed when initially tried it. 🙏
Thanks this really helped!
Glad it helped! Thank you so much for your kind donation 🙏🏻
Years ago Buteyko breathing excersises helped me tremendously to relieve anxiety and insomia.
Hey @miras2222, I'm glad that Buteyko Breathing has helped you so much. It has made an enormous difference to my life. 🙏
This is great! Thanks for spreading awareness Neck and face massages, cold showers and breath work is the only thing that really works for me. Sending much love to everyone struggling with brain fog. You've got this, you can heal

Wow I'm so glad it has made a difference. Thank you so much for sharing ❤️
Hi, can you please tell me if that thing made any difference?
Hello ! I rarely do this exercise anymore, but I felt really useful! I think it's worth trying, and it also works well on the deep muscles of the neck. I realized that my neck muscles are very tight and this also contributes to the state of my foggy brain, so I also started doing neck exercises, stretching the neck muscles, this exercise is also great as shown in the video. and yes, I am much better today than 6 months ago when I wrote this comment! I wish you patience and a good recovery!@@ahsansaeed4002

Omg 😱 this was great for me found this video by accident. it has even helped with relieving the fullness feeling in my ears relaxed me and gave me clearer vision thank you so much 🎉
Hails, that’s fantastic that you felt such a benefit. Yes I’ve noticed clearer vision after using the technique too 😀. Thank you so much for sharing and I hope you have a super weekend 🙏🏽
I like the birds feeding on the feeder in the background.
Are your exhalations through the nose or mouth?
I really wanna smash kalluto 🥵
@@deedee2218 he said mouth stays shut so through nose
@@martinaharrisondefault5027 Thanks!
Wow, so glad it helped, and thanks so much for sharing your story 🙏
Thank you for helping people like me who struggle horribly from brain fog due to the covid shot. I'm willing to try anything. I feel lifeless and hopeless i wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy

I fixed mine by going gluten free in 2015. One of the best decisions I ever made for my health. I always felt loopy and tired after eating bread etc... now nothing. Clear, strong and healthy thoughts.
Isn't that basically just eliminating carbs ?
@@RubbingPotatoes no I still eat potatoes and gluten free other grains like corn and oats and pseudo grains like quinoa. Gluten is a protein. It is a composite protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and their derivatives.
@@floprete9422i see. My mind is having a hard time making the distinction gluten vs carbs.
@@RubbingPotatoes Carbs are like the body's primary source of energy. They're found in foods like grains, fruits, and vegetables. Your body breaks them down into sugars for quick energy.
Proteins, on the other hand, are essential for building and repairing tissues. They're in foods like beans, nuts, and tofu. Proteins are made up of amino acids, which are the building blocks of life.
So, in a nutshell, carbs provide energy, while proteins help with growth and repair. Both are important for a balanced diet!
Glad it worked for you my diet is mostly gluten and dairy free and I still struggling with brain fog
I’m glad I came to this site; because I am over 65 years old and since the Covid-19 intervened in my life I decided to retire from work. Since then I spend most of my time with my wife she always says to me “why can’t you remember this & that”: is that due to brain fog? I hope 🤞 I have come to the right place. If I get some help here; I’ll be very grateful. May God richly bless you.
Hope it helps 🙏🏽. If you are worried about memory issues, it might also be worth speaking with your doc.
I've been doing Wim Hoff. Check it out too. Works great even for immunity. Breathe, meditate and don't get sick. Love your video 🙏
I really appreciate your feedback and I'm so happy to hear that the exercise resonated with you. It means a lot to me that I was able to anticipate your needs and provide helpful content. Thank you for your support!
Wow! This really works, i feel a warmth in my body. Thank you ❤.
You're welcome 😊
I had brain fog from hormonal issues. Just the worst! I couldn't work and often missed my exit while driving home. Luckily adjusting hormone levels has helped me. But I'm going to use this technique too.
Thanks for sharing @lifecloud2. I'm really glad that you have found an approach that works for you 🤗
Thank you it really helped me. I have brain fog every day due to adrenals, Inflammation, lack of blood flow to the brain, Was surprised and pleased that this helps. It also seems to be helping my ADD. I tried meditation and that didn’t work for me, but this does
Fantastic, so glad it helped 🤗.
I cant believe that this really works this well. Thank you
You're welcome!
Being practicing this technique for few years and it does work. Pinching the nose acts also as an acupressure exercise releasing nitric oxide in the sinuses.
Awesome, thanks @ZeuzBluez 🙏
Hold your breath long enough and all maladies will Be cured permanently
👀
😂
Hold your breath even longer, you'll start levitating as your soul escapes your body. But hey, the brain fog is no more
My Mom goes through some brain fog, hasn't had COVID, but is older. She noticing it's helping her. I've been using meditation for many years. Calming the mind, but there have been sometimes where I have problems with finding the words I want. I also have hard dyslexia, so that also comes into play. However, I've started adding this to the things I do. I appreciate the video without any gimmicks. *Shaking your hand.* Or a *fist bump*. I've changed my life with the help of the info in this.
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad that the video has been beneficial for both you and your mom. It's always my goal to provide helpful and practical information without any gimmicks. Your comment made my day!
Been doing it for years now :) I do it everywhere... gotta be careful with intensity sometimes but other than that, wow, it's amazing!
Yes totally agree re intensity, hold too long and it stresses the body too much. Thanks for sharing 🙏🏽
🙏🙏🙏
Wow, my brain fog started after I started getting seizures. I been using this technique for more than a decade.
Fantastic, I'm glad it has given you such long term benefits. Thanks so much for sharing ❤️
It all makes sense...
I also had the same idea in mind and been doing the same. It can heal brain problems for example, chemical imbalances in the brain due to substance abuse, etc.
Sending out good wishes to the person in the video who created this video.
Thank you 🙏🏽
I too had chronic brain fog as I am already having depression medicine since 15 years but it was cured with the yoga , surya namaskar and running...you will definetely start feeling the difference in a week
Yes physical exercise can make so much of a difference. Just make sure you breathe through the nose and work at an intensity where you can keep your breathing under control. 🙏
So glad I found this video, Im always bogged down with brain fog and never knew what to do about it. By following this technique already; I feel lighter, more calm, more clear. Its not time consuming, its straight to the point and most important...it works! Will be setting my alarm to do this breathing technique a few minutes after waking up every morning. Thank you for coming to my rescue, I reaaly needed this❤❤❤
One question, is once a day enough or should I do more?
I'm so glad it worked for you :) thank you so much for your kind feedback. You are indeed a nice lady thanks 🙏
im literally starting to cry this really worked
I just wanted to take the time and thank you for sharing this. I did it in the morning and it definitely made me more relaxed but not tired at all :)

Its probably not breathing less but stimulation lung to supply more oxygen to the system and brain.
We Hindus will do as a normal spiritual activity. And followed by changing Aum(om) slowly until the stomach squeeze in and repeat like 108 times. Reply me after continuous 48 days practice 🙏🏻
Any updates?
Try taking Kalawalla or fern leaves as tea, lantana Camara, and sea moss. You can take them one at a time. You'll see so much improvement
Most important - optimal brain function! Thank you very much
You are welcome!
As a person who has ADD and suspected Asperger this was one of my coping mechanisms when i was younger. Explains how i managed to get trough so many situations in life. I even end up holding my breath by mistake sometimes not even thinking about it until i gasp for breath. I call it awake apnea XD
Thanks so much for sharing Kenji 🙏
You explained something I’ve been asking for years! I would have anticipatory anxiety going to work and I could “feel “ the blood flowing through arms, legs and chest tightness..queasy stomach.. and however much I tried to “think” my way out of it, I couldn’t! Occasionally I went running and felt better but tired..I wish I had seen this earlier..my workmates do too😅
Oh wow Vick! I'm glad you found it so helpful. Yes often we need to move out of the mind into the body to shift our state. @finchwings, that's fantastic to hear! I'm so glad the exercises are helping you relax before bed. Your feedback is truly appreciated. Keep up the great practice! 🌙✨
Great stuff! So simple yet so beneficial. I really feel the difference. I love how gentle the practice is compared to Wim Hof's method which I used to do. Thank you! ❤
Thank you, Anna 🙏 I'm so glad you're finding the practice beneficial!. It's amazing how simplicity can make such a big impact. Keep it up!

I got covid twice in 2020 and 2021, after that i started to get more brain fog. Couldnot concentrate and work properly.Anyhow i did my best to graduate but now it was still getting difficult. Today i found your exercise and day 1 i am already seeing changes. Thank you so much. I am also and anxiety patient been taking anxiety medication for 7 years. I hope it will also relaxes my anxiety. I will continue this exercise further and keep updating here. Thank you again.
Amazing! I'm so glad it has helped with the brain fog. A lot of people find it can help with anxiety too. Thank you so much for sharing your story 🙏
Hi Neil, I cannot thank you enough for uploading this video. I am a student, and I have been doing this exercise along with the video before every study session.

It's much less of an ordeal, and easier to do even in public..
thanks for commenting, I might be more likely to try this now.
Hey @jaxi4862, yes it's a very portable practice, and you can just do it for a few minutes at a time. Thanks so much for sharing 🙏
Can you tell me which one works better? Wimhof method or this one?
@@AnkitKumar-kk3iw wim hoff is stronger. But the other one can be done at any time. I do both.
Oh wow. surprised. helpt calm me down. Thinking i was calm to start with. Thats what anxiety can do. Mess with your persueption of calm. You really forget what its like. Thank you for this. i shall practise this 💕
Thank you so much for sharing. Yes I think in our modern lives, we often lose touch for what it is like to feel calm 🙏

I used to get Brain Fog. Starting taking Magnesium, and been good ever since.
What kind (ie: glycinate, L.Threonate, tuarate,.citrate, etc) and what brand and how long did it take for you to notice any changes with brain fog?
@@jared0379Gower Magnesium Glycinate 250mg. Been talking it for years. Can't recall how long it took. I just realised one day, that I hadn't had any brain fog.
Great practice and well present thanks Neil 😊
