Sir , These are the ingredients I use in Protein Shake , 1. 40g Rolled Oats 2. 30g Whey Protein 3. 1 Scoop Protein Butter 4. 1/2 Milk I consume the shake twice a week. I avoid banana as it causes me cold & fever . Please give me your suggestion for any changes .

Masturbation generates a problem in recovery . Generally my body doesn't feel sore on the next day of workout but when i mastubate , my body feels sore on the next day . That's why i prefer to control myself and try not to masturbate . After a certain period of no masturbation i have noticed a significant increase in my lower body strength ( there is less fatigue too ) .

Hi I am 51 year old Male weighing 77kg. I am a beginner,whenever I do intense weight training my gut health get disturbed also I get sinusitis. Taking 100gm whey protein, 3gm Creatinine per day, Magnesium,Zinc,5 gm Collagen,B12,Omega 3,vitamin D and C. I am on low carb and low fat. Also take adequate fiber and soluble fiber.Having home made food (mostly vegetarian)and take good rest. Please correct me what's going wrong.
