4) Cardio on an empty stomach in the morning (fasted cardio) may help with fat loss but isn't necessary for everyone.
5) Do cardio 5-6 sessions per week for optimal results.
6) Don’t eat immediately after a 45-minute cardio session; wait at least 30-45 minutes.
7) Strength training for six sessions per week is effective but requires proper recovery.
8) Follow a push, pull, and legs routine twice a week for balanced training.
9) Perform 20-24 sets per workout with 15-18 reps per set, depending on your goals.
10) Keep rest periods between 45-60 seconds for muscle endurance and fat loss.
11) Basic calorie needs: \(80 \times 30 = 2400\) kcal per day.
12) Fat loss calories: \(80 \times 24 = 1900\) kcal per day.
13) Maintain a macronutrient ratio of carbs, protein, and fat at 40:40:20.
14) Two-thirds of your carbohydrate intake should come from fruits and vegetables.
15) Try to keep portion sizes consistent for all meals.
16) Maintain a gap of about 3 hours between meals.
17) Avoid dairy products if you are lactose intolerant or sensitive.
18) Take one scoop of whey protein post-workout for muscle recovery.
19) Take multivitamins daily, including vitamins A, B, D, iron, calcium, zinc, and magnesium.
20) Take a fat burner 15 minutes before cardio if using one.
21) Consume probiotics between meals for better digestion.
22) Take one rest day per week and get 20 minutes of sunlight three times a week.
23) Stretch for at least 15 minutes after a workout.
24) Shower with sea salt water for skin benefits and relaxation.
