Sir For me Back workout me. Deadlifts heavy singles for power once in a week. And Hypertrophic rep range wali deadlifts as exercise for back mass and strength on alternative days such as Legs me RDLs jisme Back bhi aa hi jata hai. Kisi din Barbell rows and machine rows kr liye, baaki cables wali exercises Kabhi sirf weighted pull ups workout and lat pulldowns.
No offence sir I respect you a lot but I guess you are repeating your videos I mean you have given this information a lot of times and already made these type of videos on the channel but I think you should make some new videos like on diet because of course diet plays a very vital role in muscle building maybe just go from basic to advance on diet how to actually manage it, plateau and all that thing while you already know you are the master so yeah thank you, thank you very much ❤
