2.Keep changing your workout schedule (in 4-6 weeks)
3. Calories surplus (6-8 meal a day)(30-35 protein,50-55 carbs,10-15 fats)
4. Recovery ( sleep 8 hours a day,do stretching and massage your body)

Sir, as you said about supplements, take very little artificial protein and suggested to follow high amount of natural diet. But even if you eat 6 times a day, you will not get the required protein, so you take protein in the form of supplements, but at the same time, antioxidants are also very important which is we can't get it from daily meal in enough amount , so why not to take a multivitamin, calcium, omega supplement?

As you know, our daily nutrition might not be enough to complete all the necessary micronutirents, vitamins & minerals although we try to have the carbs:pro:fat as 5:3:2; is it suggestible to take extra tablets/supplements containing vitamins/minerals/fishoil etc.??
