    Reasons-
    1. You only train trophy muscle - Train legs.
    2. You don't mix-up things. Variations.
    3. Not having good fats.
    4. Wrong techniques.
    5. Over training and not getting rest.
    6. Focusing too much on protein.
    7. Doing cardio wrong way.

    One more imp thing missed=
    Always do stretching ( of that particular body part) after your heavy weight training. This helps in growth

    Legs,Chest,bisceps, shoulder,traps.
    1)Change work out every 6 week
    2)Do keep changing your exercise
    For better muscle growth
    Do variation of exercise for same muscle.
    Omega 3 fatty acids (muscle growth)
    Fish ,olive oil, peanut butter

    All the points are very crucial and now I am very motivated and Sir I want one advice as well .
    I'm am 88 kg and I am doing 1 hrs cardio in morning and strength training at home for 1.5 hrs and consume 4 chapati and 8 egg white 1 aata ladoo and 1 apple 1 big bowl salad 1 bowl sprouts 1 glass of milk and do I need more carbs or should I increase protein
    Its too long sorry but plss suggest me . Thank you

      Track your protein and calories through HealthifyMe or MyFitness pal, if your protein intake is around 158-176 grams according to your weight then you’re good.
      Recommended protein intake is
      2 grams X per kg Bodyweight.

    Just wanted to know in muscle building phase doing cardio for 10 mints only and targeting 100 calories burnout , will that effect muscle loss also. I usually do a 10 mint hard cardio for fat loss but will it effect the muscle building also?

    There is so much content on YT but your advice stays close to the facts.
    Also, can you refer some amazing bodybuilding books that one could refer to to get all the information?
    I know there is encyclopedia of BB, but referring to that book would be like using telegraphs again in 21st century.
    Would truly cherish your advice.
    Also, a video series, encyclopedia of bodybuilding would a great idea where you can delve deeper into all the necessities.

    Dear Sir
    Absolutely important video.
    I do major mistake of not working on legs.
    BUT THE REASON IS I AM 50 YR OLD AND I HAVE KNEE CARTILAGE WORN OUT ISSUE. ONLY1 MM LEFT AS PER DOCTOR. Hence I don’t do running.
    Could you please let me know if I cans do some squats?

    My mistakes
    1. Pehele cardio karna then weight lifting
    2. Same type exercises repeat karna . No change
    3. Less sleep - 4 to 5 hours
    4. Don't have good diet plan. Mene do din pehele 4 rasgulle khaye ek reception me 😥 sab zor karte hye.

    As you said, don't do too much cardio ,can we do walking, jogging & running ,if want to build muscle also?

    Bahotdino se me apka vedio dekhta hu, apne jo bataya ha har ek point bahot i important ha,
    Mera ek jo mistake tha, ma bahot jada high intense cardio kar leta tha strength training se pahle, ab se thora kam kar dunga or bad me karunga,
