I started my ADF journey Mar 3rd and I down 43lbs. I was 290lbs when I started. Slow and steady is goal. I'm even documenting my journey on my channel because I want persons who start fasting to not have a loose 10lbs in 10days mindset. I love seeing people who have been fasting long term with this mindset. Thank u for sharing

On my fasting day and needed this. Almost 2 months in. I’m sticking to it… like you i am better off eating this way. If i continued eating like before ADF i would be off the chart. My first month i lost 10 pounds. I don’t feel like i am losing as much this 2nd month and i don’t care… i am in it to win it! THANK YOU for continuing to share your journey and CONGRATULATIONS🎉🎉🎉 3 years in!!!

Congratulations on your 3 years Fasting Anniversary..or Fasti-versary😂 You've done amazing.. 3 years is a HUGE accomplishment and you continue to share your journey! 30lbs is great. Like you, I had dabbled in fasting but I was also exercising like a crazy-lady trying to drop weight with very minimal results. Once I adopted a protocol and stuck to it, the weight just melted off w/out exercising😳 I'm down 35 lbs and looking to shed another 10 or so. I'm also a tall-girl at 5'10 so I'm trying lose what's appropriate for my body frame...if that makes sense. Now my husband has jumped in because he saw my results😂 I'm excited for him. I know it's something we'll always do for the rest of our lives. Thanks for sharing your journey💖

You've been such an encouragement to me. I love to watch your videos when i have any struggles. Balance and flexibility are my major takeaways from your channel and that's what has helped me stay on track and not give up. Ive been ADF'ing since September 26, 2022 and down 48 lbs. 🎉

Hello Lexi! Happy 3rd fasting anniversary! How time flies! I’m so thankful that u r still doing this channel and being the voice of long term ADFaster. You’re so right that you need more than wanting to lose weight to stay with fasting. For me, it’s the empty feeling or at least not having the heavy feeling in my gut from lack of digestive rest that always brings me back to fasting. But what I still really struggle with is that habitual thinking when I’m stressed/emotional to want to comfort with food, even though I know the opposite is actually true self care and love. Still love fasting and always will though ❤️. I hope ur doing well! 🙂

Congrats on three years doing ADF!💜 Your why's are great, and they have helped and will continue to help you stick with this WOE. It's not only 30lbs and that weight loss is as important to you as 100lbs is to those who need to lose that much. For those who choose ADF as a lifestyle and not a diet weight loss is just the extra byproduct.

About 6 months ago I was watching your videos and at that time I was doing more OMAD and 20 hour fasts … I would look at people like you doing ADF and wish I could be that strong. Now, as of about 2 weeks ago, I’ve completed multiple 36 hour fasts (doing ADF most days, depending on what works best for my life/body at that time). The biggest surprise? It hasn’t really been a struggle and has actually been really rewarding and doable. And I’m actually liking it. I could never have done this 6 months ago. It took 1.5 years of doing different kinds of fasts to be able to do this … What I found is that my body adapted to the fasts I was doing and the 20 hour fasts were no longer as effective for weight loss / management as they used to be. With the 36 hour fast, I can really feel the autophagy happening and it feels really good. And I really like looking forward to refueling the next day. I like feeling “real” hunger vs. mental hunger. The weight has been dropping off, but like you say, it’s not only about the weight, I am really clear on my why and on the benefits I’m getting from it. I’m just amazed that I’m able to do this, someone who used to struggle really badly with overeating, night time eating, and mental and emotional “hunger”. However long it lasts, I’m really enjoying it now. Thank you for sharing with us your journey! (For the record, I eat really clean most of the time, WFPB vegan. I lost my first 40 pounds simply by changing my diet. The next 30 were a combo of diet + fasting regimen.)

I’ve had a large tummy since my babies over 30 years ago and hoping this may finally be the answer. I know belly fat isn’t healthy so it needs to go. I also am a bit older and am interested in the longevity aspect as well. I also had cancer almost 3 years ago and have cleaned up my diet but I’m having a hard time resisting my hubby’s junk food, I’m a bit of a food addict as well. I’m only on week 3 and am so surprised at the quick change to my appetite. Im doing 4:3 as well. Thanks for showing me how you do this too
