    I never comment on TH-cam videos and I know this video isn't new but I wanted to say THANK YOU! You guys have helped me lose 125 lbs this year with your at home kettlebell and dumbbell cardio HIIT workouts and inspired me to start classes to become a certified personal trainer to help others around me get fit outside of the gym 😊

    I usually hate couple's channels but I LOVE this one. You know why? because it's about the FITNESS. It has a purpose, and fills it beautifully. No oversharing about their relationship or putting their entire life on the website for everyone to see until they break up due to the pressure. That's how youtube interaction should be lol.

      I also love that they just leave the music on while working out. I hate hearing the instructors talk in the middle of the video.

    Just want to say thanks for this work out. It’s been over a year now. Since I started doing this workout. I started with a 10lbs Kettlebell, and was overweight 255 pounds. The first months I was gassed out. Now I do this same workout with a 40lbs Kettlebell, and lost a lot of weight 175 pounds. A simple workout, but it works 👍🏽. Thanks guys!

    I cried and my fat cried I felt like I was going to give up but as I cried I pushed through and my body is soaked in tears and sweat. Probably TMI, but thank you so much for this video and your medicine ball workout video, I did them both today back to back and I feel amazing 💪🏻 even through all the sweat and the tears.     Hi!! I just finished this workout. I am not strong enough for the burpees so I decided to do Around the body. 15 secs left then 15 seconds right. Other than that I was able to complete all the other exercises using a 10 lb kettlebell. I will be back for more!! Thanks from a 62 year old getting back into shape!!

    Thank you. As a father of 3 with a Dad bod, I struggle to find time to work out. I heard kettlebells was a great low impact workout that did not require too much space. After watching several kettlebell videos, I find you have the right set up for me. I love the beeps and the fact you have previews on the next steps. No annoying high paced music or yelling. Keep up the great work and looking forward for more videos!

    Great workout -just the right length, and I can totally adjust the intensity by using different kettlebells. Best of all - thank you so much for not talking during the exercises!! I’m an introvert and i swear it makes me exhausted when instructors are always yelling!

    This was my first time working out with a ketobell!! Let me tell ya. I under estimated it. I never knew how much cardio is infused with this type of strength training. I was covered in sweat at the end!! I thought I was going to pass out but, I didn't😅 this video is definitely a thumbs👍 I saved this video to my regular workout Playlist.     LOVED this kettlebell workout! The layout kept it interesting, so I didn't get bored and start slacking off. I like to bring the intensity on days that I don't do strength training and this was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the placement of the ads. Not sure if you can help that, but Heather Robertson's are always on the longer breaks, so I have time to go hit "skip" and then get back into position without feeling rushed.

    Excellent workout. Love the fact that you aren't talking throughout. The counter on the screen is large for visually impaired and I can hear the countdown without looking up. I will work up yo moving as fast. For now, I'm focusing on completing and form.

    This was just the right amount of challenging. Great workout, especially since I'm short on time today. Can you give me tips on the correct form for cleans, I'm not sure if I was doing them right.

      great job! we would suggest starting with the pop cleans (toyas version) until youre comfortable with that motion- and then progressing towards cleans. when you move on to cleans, make sure you're hips are involved, and the kettlebell doesnt slam across the wrist!

    Great workout! I have one suggestion. I would be very helpful if you could voice over tips on form and posture. For example the dead lifts I cant tell if your legs and slightly bent or straight. And on swings are we squatting and swinging or a dip and swing. Thank you

    Thank you for the short and focused workout. I used to do a small group kettlebell class but cant do the gym anymore. I love how you the video previews to show the next move. I don’t like videos where the person is talking and talking and you just want to focus and flow through it. First time, Ill be back.

    Just getting back into the kettlebell after a couple of years, and this was such a perfect workout--challenging, great demos, loved having modification choices, and your voices and music make the whole thing enjoyable. Only thing I'd love to see added is a guided stretch at the end, but I can do that on my own too. Thanks for getting me inspired again!

    I just subscribed about a week ago. Love the kettlebell vid and the dumbbell vid. Always love the music and minimal chatting. More kettlebell workoutS please. I've done this one 3 times already. I love it and the sweat literally pours down my face. I use a 25 pound kettlebell

    With Hashimotos Diseases I have to lift slow, heavy, and with longer rests to protect myself from joint over-extension and muscle burnout. This workout was perfect for me. I was able to modify and follow along easily. Thank you so much. Looking forward to more kettlebell content.

    I've been wanting to try a kettlebell workout for a while. Thanks for making a good workout for beginners that still made me build up quite a sweat! Good mix of weight and cardio.

    I have a torn hip labrum so some of the squatting stuff was a bit too challenging for me but i just modified a few things and managed to get through it! Worked up a great sweat. Thanks!

    Loving these. They are really helping my day to day mobility strength wise and in helping in sport too.
    Real good if you have semi bad knees as its not to much knee stuff and every set ends on the floor.

    This was an excellent kettlebell work out. I haven't worked out since having my son and I'm so glad I found your channel. The workout was easy to follow with soothing music in the background. Please create more kettlebell workouts for us new moms🙏🏾

    I have searched far and wide for a single kettle bell workout. Thanks to you guys my journey is done. This is perfect for my busy schedule and is moderate enough to not strain my older muscles. Keep up the good work!

    Thank you so much for these exercises. I started doing the 15min dumbbell workout and I have also started to incorporate this one as well on alternate days. So I am aiming for 6 days training a week, with the dumbbell exercise on every second day. Just did this kettle bell exercise today for the first time on this Monday. Its definitely challenging, I'm glad I bought the 12kg kettle bell and not the 16kg but I will upgrade to the 16kg later. I am a 40 year old male with some weight lifting experience. I also use 8kg dumbbells but will go up in weight as I progress, especially for the upper body. I started doing the dumbbell exercises about 3 weeks ago, and I cant believe how healthy I am, and I can also see changes in the body. Thanks again
