30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Strength Workout [NO REPEAT]

  • Tap in with us for a 30 minute full body dumbbell workout if you're looking build strength/muscle, endurance, and burn a lot of calories! All you need for this workout is a soft surface and a moderate pair of dumbbells (see intro for reference). This workout is broken down into 3 total sets of 8 exercises with each set containing different variations of the same movement patterns. There are no big modifications for this workout BUT the first set was designed for beginners, so you can always use the prior set(s) for modifications. We recommend doing this workout at least 2-3 x per week for noticeable results especially if you're looking to build strength and lose body fat.       @@JuiceandToya YES YES YES! I've been doing this specific one with. variety of different weights. Today I got up to doing half of the workout with a pair of THIRTY pound dumbbells!!!! Thank you SO much Juice and Toya for challenging us and for giving us a GOOD guideline that is SO adaptable and do-able and AMAZING and fun and we still get in a GOOD pump!!! You both are the BEST!

    I enjoyed this SO much! I love that you did countdowns, showed us which muscles are being worked, and you didn't repeat the exercises. It felt like they were all unique and for someone who can get bored easily, this was refreshing. I also love your energy with each other.     The setting, the improved editing, the lighting, the aesthetics, the music, man everything about this video is GORGEOUS. I especially love the right hand side muscle targeting concept.     I'm a very busy mom of four with a nine month old and a surprise number five on the way. I LOVE your workouts. The nonrepetitive nature keeps me from getting bored and quitting and I always "feel the burn" pretty well. So grateful I found you guys on here. The music is perfect and doesnt have any crazy lyrics (or any at all) so I don't have to leave my kids to their own devices to get in a workout. SO SO Grateful.

    I think this one became my new favorite. The last one I have was stuck on (literally) was the 30 min full dumbbell workout - strength and conditioning.     I remember when this workout was posted a year ago and how much I enjoyed it. I've worked out to it several times. I worked out to it again this morning and wonder why I don't do this workout more often. It's really my favorite. I try to combine it with another workout but sometimes I do this one on it's own.     Just did workout today 5:08am, fantastic as always! Did not start seeing your videos until Sept 2021, working with you guys since then. I like the full body dumbbell workouts. Congrats on your engagement. I'm 67 still going strong, building endurance and strength. Weight lost journey, started 3/8/21 to Sept, down 50 lb, 184 to 134, maintaining since then. I'm on a mission to keep my health in check, never going back to the old ways. I will check out your new App, also Love, Love those Salmon Balls.

    I just did this workout 2 days ago as I just started my body recomp. I don't have a lot of strength so chose to use 12lb weights. This workout had me feeling it hours later. Let's not talk about the next day. My glutes and thighs are still screaming but I LOVE IT! This workout will stay in my rotation. Thank you guys! I also subscribed which I thought I already did.

    Did this workout and love the no repeat. I have been working out with you guys for while and love your workouts. Your cueing is right on point. My weights were 12 lbs for the lower body and 10 for the upper. I'm 64 years old and was able to keep up and finish the entirety of the workout without feeling winded or fatigued. Thank you 👍🏾😊❤️

    Amazing workout! Others bored me terribly, doing the same thing 3 times. With your workout time flies by very quickly! Good way of showing exercises from the front and from the side :) Great idea with stretching at the end and warm up at the beginning!

    Absolutely the best weight program on You Tube. Their music is not accompanied by foul lyrics. Some trainers are excellent but the lyrics they choose are just foul. Used to do Ironmans, then got some injuries and took a lot of time off from running and workouts the last few years.     Hey guys! Thank you for this workout. I suffer from binge eating disorder and as a result, have not worked out for a while. This workout I fine, with suitable weight is a great way to get back to the grind. I’ve decided to do this one twice a week to start off with and add 10 000 steps/day to kick start my weight loss. ❤️

    Juice & Toya THANK U for that amazing workout! I missed my class tonight so when arrived home I scrolled thru TH-cam and landed on this video. Boy what a workout, I was literally sweating, didn’t have anything lighter than 15 lbs so it was intense!! Thank you AGAIN💪🏾

    I just switched from Madfit to your workouts a few weeks ago - I love them! I’ve noticed such an improvement in my strength, and doing certain activities that used to hurt my back and arms no longer hurts them! The main thing is I don’t get bored and there’s so much variety. Thank u!

    I love this workout. I'm 68, with osteo and inflammory arthritis, and you've really helped me get stronger and all around more fit. I really appreciate the modifications, though I try to original form first. Thanks for a great workout.

    First I would like to say I enjoy working out with you both, I like to challenge myself sometimes and follow Juice. I just started my fitness journey January 2nd, I definitely feel more energetic and stronger. I've lost over 27 lbs, thank you guys for making these workouts doable for everyone.
