      ​@@arimababe403 times a week, and I also focused on a slight calory deficit with high protein intake, so I was counting macro's. After hitting my goal weight, I've maintained it for over a year now. Keep going!

    I'm a very busy mom of four with a nine month old and a surprise number five on the way. I LOVE your workouts. The nonrepetitive nature keeps me from getting bored and quitting and I always "feel the burn" pretty well. So grateful I found you guys on here. The music is perfect and doesnt have any crazy lyrics (or any at all) so I don't have to leave my kids to their own devices to get in a workout. SO SO Grateful.

      @@JuiceandToya YES YES YES! I've been doing this specific one with. variety of different weights. Today I got up to doing half of the workout with a pair of THIRTY pound dumbbells!!!! Thank you SO much Juice and Toya for challenging us and for giving us a GOOD guideline that is SO adaptable and do-able and AMAZING and fun and we still get in a GOOD pump!!! You both are the BEST!

      @@JuiceandToya What's a good alternative for single legged deadlift and staggered deadlifts? Those are the only exercises in the routine I'm unable to do.

    Did that with each 22 pound dmb . Man what a great workout. I must admit each 20 second break i had 30-40 second break to catch a breath. What a great workout for home ! TOP

    So good to have found workouts created by relaxed people, a mellow setting, soft music and info. that informs the viewer about what is coming up next and it's duration. Thanks for relaxing my nervous system and making me stronger folks. Such a lovely after-work experience.

    Due to being a parent I have zero time for gym and let myself go but due to y’all’s content I really enjoy taking 25-30 minutes of my day to myself and doing these workouts not only are they fast but enjoyable.

    I've been doing your workouts for a couple months now. Started off beginner with 5 lb weights and now up to 11lb weights, and now I find that's not challenging anymore! Feeling the progress is amazing, thank you for your videos!

    The setting, the improved editing, the lighting, the aesthetics, the music, man everything about this video is GORGEOUS. I especially love the right hand side muscle targeting concept. Really solid on this one, keep up the great work. I watch on my TV so I never comment, but congrats on the engagement as well. This channel has been my favorite for a few months now.     Absolutely the best weight program on You Tube. Their music is not accompanied by foul lyrics. Some trainers are excellent but the lyrics they choose are just foul. Thank you also for showing us that married peeps can exercise and work together. Truly J and T are the very very best. Drop the gym membership. These guys are the bomb.

    I just did this workout 2 days ago as I just started my body recomp. I don't have a lot of strength so chose to use 12lb weights. This workout had me feeling it hours later. Let's not talk about the next day. My glutes and thighs are still screaming but I LOVE IT! This workout will stay in my rotation. Thank you guys! I also subscribed which I thought I already did.

    and when i found this i showed it to my dad he loved it
    then i showed it to two of my brother and they loved it
    thank you guys for this we are seeing some really big changes
    we have 6 boys (counting dad) and 2 girls soon to be 3 (counting mom)
    God has blessed us a lot

    Did this workout and love the no repeat. I have been working out with you guys for while and love your workouts. Your cueing is right on point. My weights were 12 lbs for the lower body and 10 for the upper. I'm 64 years old and was able to keep up and finish the entirety of the workout without feeling winded or fatigued. Thank you 👍🏾😊❤️

    This is my accountability comment. My goal is to do this workout for the next 90 days, everyday except weekends and public holidays (basically when my kids are at home). Starting now. (edit below:)
    Edit: with a bit of a delay I've nonetheless finished it. Thanks for all your support!
    What's next? I'm just gonna keep doing the workout without pushing myself too much and I'll try to stick to a consistent schedule as it helps to build and maintain momentum.

    Hey guys! Thank you for this workout. I suffer from binge eating disorder and as a result, have not worked out for a while. This workout I fine, with suitable weight is a great way to get back to the grind. I’ve decided to do this one twice a week to start off with and add 10 000 steps/day to kick start my weight loss. ❤️

    I enjoyed this SO much! I love that you did countdowns, showed us which muscles are being worked, and you didn't repeat the exercises. It felt like they were all unique and for someone who can get bored easily, this was refreshing. I also love your energy with each other.     This was something that I really enjoyed. I really appreciate that you didn't repeat the exercises, that you did countdowns, and that you pointed out which muscles are being worked.     Amazing workout! Others bored me terribly, doing the same thing 3 times. With your workout time flies by very quickly! Good way of showing exercises from the front and from the side :) Great idea with stretching at the end and warm up at the beginning!

    I just switched from Madfit to your workouts a few weeks ago - I love them! I’ve noticed such an improvement in my strength, and doing certain activities that used to hurt my back and arms no longer hurts them! The main thing is I don’t get bored and there’s so much variety. Thank u!

    I think this one became my new favorite. The last one I have was stuck on (literally) was the 30 min full dumbbell workout - strength and conditioning.     I remember when this workout was posted a year ago and how much I enjoyed it. I've worked out to it several times. I worked out to it again this morning and wonder why I don't do this workout more often. It's really my favorite. I try to combine it with another workout but sometimes I do this one on it's own.     just got done with this workout. i did the whole 2 sets with 30lb bells. i thought my arm was gonna fall off at one point. i'll have to do it again though cause i wasnt able to do the single leg tuck crunches. but hey, its been a while since i exercised but its still no excuse. i proud i havent lost working out. definitely subscribing.. trying to get my beach body back to hit the bahamas.. woot woot

    i really loved this workout. i used two dumbbells 4,2 kg each and did jumping jacks or burpees instead of rest. burned 230 kcalories. you guys look so cool

    I love everything about these workouts! Not a second is wasted. The preview for each movement is super helpful and keeps things moving. The preview of muscle groups worked is very informative and helps to understand each movement better. The timing sounds are super helpful should you be looking away. The summary at the beginning helps to get ready and pick the correct weights. And the workout routing is well thought out, I only needed two different weights during this whole session, makes the workout more enjoyable! Very professional overall. Love the couples synergy too. :D

    Just got my dumbbells and was looking for some nice you tube work out content. Oh boy. Started at 15 minutes. Now doing the 30 minutes work out effortlessly. The content is easy to follow the breaks are great. 🇰🇪🇰🇪

    Just did this entire workout from start to finish and I haven't worked out in over a year! I got through this! Even though I dropped down a weight , I did it! It felt like I was in the room with them. It felt challenging but natural. New subscriber here! Can't wait to do more on your channel! Finally, something that may actually work for me! 🙌🏽

    I did this one during one of the summer ready challenges. I loved it then and loved it even more today. I was able to keep up better this time and increased my weights. Really loving all of your workouts. Thank you for all you do!
