  • hii everyone! little challenge for everyone to do this everyday for this month, it is only 5 minutes so you really have no excuse!! despite it being short it will leave you feeling energised and an amazing core burn!

      i gained muscle 💗 i never started pilates to loose weight, it’s not a goal of mine, i feel so much stronger and happier though! 🥹🤍

    On the positive side, this is a good abs workout and your form is good, but I don't do TH-cam workouts that don't have a single word of verbal cueing. Not even a quick 30sec reminder at the beginning about proper core engagement? Don't forget the beginners who may not know anything about how to fully engage deep core muscles. This would be suitable for beginners but not without verbal cues. So many other workouts have verbal cueing, so why don't you?

      I have workouts with verbal cueing as well if you prefer that! Everyone has their own ways of working out that they prefer and many enjoy no talking as do I so that’s why I based my channel on videos without talking and occasionally will do videos with cues, but there are other amazing channels that focus really on cueing all their videos

      this is such an unnecessarily rude comment. there are so many others workouts that have what you need and you don’t need to expect people to cater to your needs.
