After the 5 mins take a mini break and try for another 5 I promise it's so worth it bc 5 mins feels like nothing so it's super easy to make it a 10min workout
I will be doing this everyday for 1-2 weeks
Day 1 - June 20, 2024: ✅ This was so quick but challenging
Day 2 - June 21, 2024: ✅ I did the plank so well today love it and I just got new clothes so if my abs get more defined from this that’d be great.
Day 3 - June 22: ✅
Day 4 - June 23: ✅
Day 5 - June 24: ✅ my abs are peaking in!
Day 6 - June 25, 2024: ⚠️ replace with her newest vid
