I am doing her workouts for 8 days and I AM SHOCKED!!!It was my first workout and it was very hard BUT now I did it and it’s really easy and I feel so good!!!I am full of energy and my body feels so much better!(I do 1 time a week 30m workout,2-3 times 20m,1 time 10 minutes workout and 2-3 times 15 minutes workout)

Is it better if we follow one routine throughout or should we keep changing it everyday for better results?
Try doing the same workout for few weeks if you get results then keep on doing the same!
It is weird that I didn't feel much of a burn? I kept double-checking if I am doing it right and even increased the intensity, but I still didn't feel much of a burn. Is this normal? Or is there something wrong with me?

If the workout is working for u,then keep doing it but as a recommendation i would say that, change theworkout after some days cuz it will be moree interestingg

Does anybody have recommendations for how to approach this workout as a beginner? Reduce to 20 seconds? More frequent rests
you can definitely reduce the time and also take more frequent breaks
if i do this everyday a week long, can you see results? and when can i do it? in the afternoon, in the evening or in the morning?
I did another an workout of Lidia Mera for 2 weeks long and I did saw results but you need to eat clean. Also I did it in de evening after dinner.

yes clean eating as in reducing oily food, junk food, white carbs and increasing fruits, veggies and protein

I like your workouts (although im yet to actually do them) but people think they will get an hourglass figure from doing them when this is simply false. No workout can change a person's bone structure. The true hourglass shape has nothing to do with fat or muscle. We have small waists because our pelvic bones are wide which also creates the thigh gap. Our back/shoulder width matches the hipbones exactly differentuating from the pear shape. In a world of BBL s people think they can recreate a counterfeit but it doesnt work and its unattainable for most. Working out is just good for health but false promises are misleading.
