I started doing this yesterday for 14 days!
Day 1 - ✅I found some of the exercises pretty hard but I wasn't going to give up just like that!
Day 2 - ✅ I did them more easily but still feel the burn, I'm happy I started though!
Day 3 - ✅ Apart from that I went to volleyball practice in the morning for almost 2 hours and then walked to school instead of taking the bus, I think I'm doing better!
Day 4 - ✅I am a bit sore from all I did yesterday but it was still fun and I feel like it's getting easier every day!
Day 5 - ✅ I went to volleyball practice in the morning and after I got home I did this cuz I still had energy i had fun doing it and I think I'm seeing some results not a lot though
Day 6 - ✅ Today I'm having more of a rest day but of course I couldn't skip! keeps getting easier, I'm loving it!
Day 7 - ✅ did it in the morning to feel better
Day 8 - ✅ I think I have some problem with my leg so I didn't do the exercises fully, I hope I'm better tomorrow
Day 9 - ❌ I couldn't do it because my foot really hurt, but I went to the doctor's today turns out it's nothing serious and the pain is almost gone

tried to do this with multiple chronic illnesses and really appreciate how short they are!! was a figure skater and football player before getting sick so its really nice to have more exercises to do that don't completely take me out

day 1: ✅ I kinda made the exercises easier but it still was a bit exhausting 🥹
day 2: ✅ did this early (still easier, I am not that close to legs) It hurts 😭 when I am doing it but after everything’s great
day 3: ❌ Sadly I had school ending ceremony, then went out with friend and spent some time with family. Didint want to do it at like 1am😢
day 4: ✅ did with smaller breaks
day 5: ❌just started and got sick 😢 I were awake for like 7/6 hours and everything hurt so I couldn’t do it even if I really wanted to
day 6: ✅ even tho sickness I want to start my weekly daily streak✨It was better, I took medicine
day 7: ✅ still sick but fighting haha
day 8: ✅ sick but better

Thank you for posting this today, I generally hate long targeted workouts I shall do this after my shower.
Day 1 - June 20, 2024: ✅ Walked 4 miles today and this quick work out was really nice!
Day 2 - June 21, 2024: ✅ Walked 4.1 miles today and this never gets olds it’s so fast-paced!
Day 3 - June 22, 2024: ✅ Walking 5 mile love this
Day 4 - June 23, 2024: ✅ Walked 10 miles today it was better
Day 5 - June 24, 2024: ✅ Walked 6 miles today and I think I'm starting to see results

Hii lidia hope u are doing well can u plz tell me. How much. Duration of pilates in a.dsy i have to do. To lose weight
not lidia but paired along with a calorie deficiet and working out 2.5-4.5 hours a week is best. so if you work out for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week then you should see results within 3-4 weeks but more visible results will come later, around 7-8 weeks to start noticing the difference visibly. i lost 10 pounds and have kept it off for over a year with her work outs.

june 22 - ✅ walked 4 miles, no incline - didn't want to do it bc i fell down the stairs but i decided to at the last min

chat its way too hot in my house to continue this rn (stopped on 7/2) :( i paired this workout with other leg ones (the wall routine on gloria song's channel) and i am noticing an improvement! i highly recommend the "slim thighs in 5 minute routine" by gloria, it was wonderful, but i do think that both workouts helped me.

everyone is different! pilates personally helped me tone my body and enjoy exercise, for me it’s not about looking a certain way, it just makes me happy and love moving my body that way🥹
I think maybe manifestation is right because she is loving to her body and doesn't work out just to be thin or as a punishment her metabolism works well also eating throughout the day as she does can be great for your metabolism. Love your body now and enjoy working out.

I will try to do this training for the next 40 days starting today, July 22.
I am a 22-year-old girl, weigh 68kg and am 1.75m tall (I am a European citizen).
Goal: to tone my legs and get strength (keep in mind that I walk for an hour every morning from 6am to 7am) and most of all I would like to have thin legs as I have thick thighs and only with diet I can't achieve my goal.
I also decided that I will pair this workout together with other videos from @LidiaMera (always 5 minutes long) plus a morning flow from another youtuber find a playlist I created on my channel named “For Myself”.
I will rest on the Saturday of each week!
Day 1 - July 22 : A bit tiring since I haven't exercised in a long time other than walking. Fresh and clear mind ready to study! I CAN DO IT!
