I started doing this yesterday for 14 days! Day 1 - ✅I found some of the exercises pretty hard but I wasn't going to give up just like that! Day 2 - ✅ I did them more easily but still feel the burn, I'm happy I started though! Day 3 - ✅ Apart from that I went to volleyball practice in the morning for almost 2 hours and then walked to school instead of taking the bus, I think I'm doing better! Day 4 - ✅I am a bit sore from all I did yesterday but it was still fun and I feel like it's getting easier every day! Day 5 - ✅ I went to volleyball practice in the morning and after I got home I did this cuz I still had energy i had fun doing it and I think I'm seeing some results not a lot though Day 6 - ✅ Today I'm having more of a rest day but of course I couldn't skip! keeps getting easier, I'm loving it! Day 7 - ✅ did it in the morning to feel better Day 8 - ✅ I think I have some problem with my leg so I didn't do the exercises fully, I hope I'm better tomorrow Day 9 - ❌ I couldn't do it because my foot really hurt, but I went to the doctor's today turns out it's nothing serious and the pain is almost gone Day 10 - ✅ Day 11 - ✅ Day 12 - ✅ forgot to update! Day 13 - ✅ Day 14 - ( you could remind me so I don't forget x )
tried to do this with multiple chronic illnesses and really appreciate how short they are!! was a figure skater and football player before getting sick so its really nice to have more exercises to do that don't completely take me out

everyone is different! pilates personally helped me tone my body and enjoy exercise, for me it’s not about looking a certain way, it just makes me happy and love moving my body that way🥹
I think maybe manifestation is right because she is loving to her body and doesn't work out just to be thin or as a punishment her metabolism works well also eating throughout the day as she does can be great for your metabolism. Love your body now and enjoy working out.

chat its way too hot in my house to continue this rn (stopped on 7/2) :( i paired this workout with other leg ones (the wall routine on gloria song's channel) and i am noticing an improvement! i highly recommend the "slim thighs in 5 minute routine" by gloria, it was wonderful, but i do think that both workouts helped me.

everyone is different! pilates personally helped me tone my body and enjoy exercise, for me it’s not about looking a certain way, it just makes me happy and love moving my body that way🥹
I think maybe manifestation is right because she is loving to her body and doesn't work out just to be thin or as a punishment her metabolism works well also eating throughout the day as she does can be great for your metabolism. Love your body now and enjoy working out.
