I have been doing your workouts 3 times a week for a year now, + walking everyday and it is what keeps me staying toned and lean. diet also plays a role too, I eat a lot of protein and fruits. I have seen amazing results

Mixing pilates with walking is really effective❤
I actually loved that it was more acoustic songs and less up tempo pop songs with electronics beats etc. Been tuning in to this workout vid over and over since it dropped bc I just loved it. It gives like this vibey cozy nice chill time every time I put it on! More Acoustic songs are very much appreciated Lidia

I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better!
For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.
On my channel, I also try to give people a bit of motivation to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

This is my first ever 30-minute workout im doing from you, and honestly, i was shocked when i made it to the end. that didn't even feel like 30 minutes! this was very enjoyable to do 10/10

doing your workouts for more than a week!
day 1 - i did this workout! it was kind of challenging and you really feel the burn when you’re doing the exercises RIGHT. honestly, this was one of my favourite workouts ever. i was so energised throughout the day 🤍🤍
day 2 - took a 30-40+ min walk! about 5k+ steps 🫶🏼
day 3 - i did a 15 min toned arms workout and a 10 min everyday ab workout, they were both a bit challenging but great! 🫶🏼 really felt the burn as always!

I have seen a ton of comments under workout videos on TH-cam asking ' is this workout good for weight loss?'. And the answer is NO. If you want to lose weight you need to be on a calorie deficit.

this one is from lululemon but also love the alo yoga mat 🤍 they’re both really great in my opinion and personally always get 5mm thickness as sometimes less than that is too thin if you’re not placing it on a softer surface like grass 🥹

The workout looks great, but I wish you had verbal instructions as well, so I didn’t have to stop what I was doing to look to see what you were doing and then lay down and get back into position to do it.
