    I started this flow a month ago. I had a knee injury and it needed muscle strengthening. I was far from being muscular and my legs trembled at some parts while doing the flow. I had skip days from time to time. Now, I am doing the flow with 0.5 kg ankle weights with no difficulty at all. Thanks Boho Beautiful!!

    38 weeks pregnant and still rocking this video at least twice a week. I'm doing mostly specified prenatal yoga/pilates but miss my daily time with Juliana so still doing all the leg and arm workouts. Thank you!

    Definitely my favourite thigh workout, after trying loads of TH-cam videos I can say that this one works the best. Done this for maybe 1-2 weeks and can see definite improvement in my inner and outer thigh.

    Hey beautiful team, I did this routine (with few gaps) and yes I achieved which I had thought was hard to achieve. My legs are finally toned and inner thighs are actually the way I wanted.       @@PriyankaSharma-jq2on Sticking to the routine ,that's all.I did nothing special. I had taken rest even on days when I felt the need irrespective of schedule of challenge. I have completed her other challenges but I could not get the desired results over thighs.They used to look deformed.But after this challenge,my thighs got their shape,got slimmed down ,got toned. It sounds like an advertisement but it is worth it😀😀😀

    Today i finished day 14,the yin yoga at the end was amazing, its the first challenge i ever try, and the first time i workout every day in my life, and im so proud of myself that i could commit to it, i needed this during this covid pandamic and all the stress in the world.
    At the end of this challenge, i feel more strong and toned, and just bit slimmer.

    I have started the challenge today!!
    Day1:Pretty much painless went smoothly. I couldn't do as accurately high enough as her though!. Ate pretty healthy today! Did her arms toning exercise too!!😃. Wish to come out as a fighter after the quarantine! 💃💃

      N A lots and lots of hip dips (in side plank and elbow plank)! Bicycle twists also. Also legs in frog and twist from side to side (reaching) and pulse.

      @。。i stan too many groups no yoga is great for slimming, and if you're not adding weights to it the core and booty pilates 21 day challenge does wonders for a slim waist..
      But I've been doing other shorter ones now I can't seem to have patience for 15-20 min workouts😂

      @。。i stan too many groups the core and booty one is great even for beginners.. So if you are one who can do a 15-20 minutes workout it'll be great.. I'm slimming down my entire body in Quarantine as well, I legit have a private playlist saved entirely for my everyday routine workouts.. I'm doing workouts for collarbones, arm fat, bra bulge, waist, legs.. I've now included a hip dip workout too since I'm naturally an hourglass body type but probably because of the leg workouts I noticed slight hip dips

    Wow. You look like a ballerina going through these exercises. I, on the other hand, looked like a struggling turtle on its back. Looking forward to to adding this to my repertoire!

    Intense practice. My outer hips was on fire, the entire time. But I know it will ease down with regular practices
