I just love Juliana's workouts. I'm currently not the in the best physical and mental state and its very hard to push through these workouts even though earlier I used to do them pretty well. To anyone reading this, please pray for me and send positive energy!
I started your workouts 7 months ago. I was very out of shape and completely inflexible. I couldn’t even touch my toes. I’ve lost almost 8lbs now but I am starting to gain weight back in muscle. I can touch my forehead to my knees and I am so close to doing the splits too. This has also inspired me to change my diet, so I’ve switched almost entirely to organic and locally sourced foods. A stranger told me yesterday I looked amazingly fit and asked what I did for a living. I’m just a high school teacher working out at home! Your channel has literally changed my life, so thank you.
That is amazing! You are an example that anyone can do anything, as long as we focus on this and get our will power going to do what's needed! and only in 7 months! Keep it up!

I can not even explain how great it feels to be able to push through the pain. It's like I can see myself getting tired but I am not giving up and not even feeling like it because it's for me. You have not just made me super strong physically but mentally as well. I could have never imagined myself being this strong and have this strong determination and will power. OMG That was a wonderful workout. I'm guessing your in your early 20's and I'm pushing 60. I could do almost all of them, but have a hard time with donkey and hydreren at the same time. I'm use to doing like 20 hydrants ,and then the donkey kicks after. But if I keep at it, I will catch up to you, I hope. I did love the cardio, that's what I'm use to.

I'm with you on this. I don't want to injure myself because of a lack of instructions. I like some of her other videos a lot, but this one really didn't work for me because there was no explanation on how to actually get your body to work the correct muscle. Form can be very important.

just simply love this powerful thighs and glutes toning workout ...thigh and glute muscles ache but they are ultimately toned the end justifies the means
your workouts are so intense. i never sweated so much befor! especial by the side plank my streght was gone my lower leg hurted do much that i could ´nt lift the upper leg

Love this short arm workout. I Do the 10 minute leg and glute workout followed by this arm program. Great workout!

thats normal, you have to learn to center your body. engage the core and think the muscle you are working, this help me
