I'm a health coach and work with a program that does not REquire exercise to lose weight. All based on eating. I Just finished the whole 14 days challenge without missing a workout! It has been One of the best things I've done for myself ever! I'm working out since I was a teenager (now I'm 30) and tried every type of workout, but nothing Beats you, Julianna! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, because this Little challenge allowed me to connect deeply with myself, listening and loving my body, gathering so much energy and find back a beautiful balance I have never had. This May seems too much, but I swear it's not. I stopped doing this for aesthetic results, I don't mind It anymore..I learn to really love my body and take care of It, and I think this is the best achievement and transformation ♥️ a wonderful challenge that I Will keep doing, thank you again for the Amazing work you put in every video.. ultimate Pilates challenge, day 14. It was an amazing journey, sometimes hard and challenging but I feel I’m stronger, And I can see results in my body, my abs are more defined, my legs are toned, I think I will repeat this challenge

I tried to do a handstand and splits the other day. I was able to do both! I had never even dreamed about being able to do the handstand. I don't enjoy a traditional workout but your yoga and workout videos are fun and relaxing. I get into better shape without realizing it at first!
You rock Juliana. I do your yoga workouts everyday and it has helped me out tremendously in improving my flexibility. I’m gonna definetly start documenting my yoga progress soon. I’ve gotten so healthy lately and it was thanks to transitioning to a plant based diet like you suggested. It’s been life changing.

Juliana I have been doing your workouts religiously for many years and thank to you I had my pre-baby weight 3 days after giving birth and then after 6 weeks I started working out with you again and now my son is one year old and I have my pre-baby body, exercising only at home :):):) Thank you so so much, the way I can thank you is not skipping the ad :):) and that is what I do:)

Mom at 42. Granny at 66 & 68, yoga at 70. 42 days and counting. Well ab out 95%. Now vaccinated. Observed: the first sit up or roll my muscles are - Huh??? Then by two or three - yeah ok. We got this. I know this I am less sore, more flexible and stronger every day. and, i am so anxious to see your shares of your newest joy. Maybe not so much his face as his identity is important. It is by far the most times done yoga core video for me. Everything is just perfectly paced. I love the rock-and-roll pose. I do it at any time of the day when I need movement. Love it! Thank you!!!

From summer 2018 to summer 2019, I did one of your yoga workouts every morning and cycled through your pilates challenges in the evening in addition to my regular strength training and martial arts and my flexibility was almost as good as when I did cheerleading and gymnastics as a kid. In summer, I kind of lost my discipline, started running more instead, felt more tight and my abs started to be less visible. This challenge was just the little kick that I needed to get back into it! I'm taking baby-steps by just doing at least one video a day, but it just feels so good to be back at it again and especially this pilates workout is perfect since it's short enough to fit into my tight schedule and isn't too challenging for getting back into it, but also not "easy". Seriously, THANK YOU for your amazing content! I'm a huge fan and always happy when I see a new upload from you :)

So I did their yoga 2020 workout challenge, and I'm currently doing their 14 day booty challenge, and let me tell you the results are amazing! I can't wait to finish the booty challenge so I can start this one! I don't even eat that healthily, so I can only imagine how amazing those of you who eat well and do these workouts must look and feel

My core is definitely needing work.Withe the rocking up and back it took a while as I could get up but did it in the end.Hope to do this everyday for a week to see a difference x

Day 9. First time I felt like I was able to feel strong mostly thru the ten minutes. That was great and a surprise. On day8 i did not.
Day two. One ab one thigh workout. Total 40 min. Today day two was a bit better used 1.5 weights on my legs. But yikes......
I struggled with this one! I'll try again tomorrow. It's always exciting to this the progress that I make. Thank you for the work outs

Dear Juliana. I did this work out today, and it is just great! But I struggle to hold my head lifted, like in the Pilates 100 for example, I get more tired in my neck than in my abs, what can the reason for this be and what can I do? Thank and sending my love your way ☀️
