    Greatly appreciate you doing an inner thigh workout. It's been difficult finding a good workout targeting that area.     Just finished this- as I am in the second week of the September Challenge- and it is crazy to see how much stronger I have already become! When I did this last week I struggled so much and took a lot of breaks. This time I was able to get through this without any!! Made me so happy to see how effective your workouts are. I used to think doing high-intensity workouts was the only way to see quick results, but you have proven me wrong. Everything about your workouts is amazing!! They push me but they are also meditative/peaceful at the same time. Thank you!!!

    Love it so so much! This is one of the many short additions I do such as abs, obliques, arms and chest .... after doing your full body workout everyday, I am so appreciative of you for making it possible for everyone to have better health.     Whilst 10 minutes isn’t long, for me this was perfect as I work a physical job and was on my feet all day. Whilst my muscles where a little sore already Thai have them a chance to stretch out a little 😊 definitely a nice way to end my day

    Nicole! I love these workouts so much! I am an intense workout person (HIIT, sprint runs, heavy strength training, etc.) But I realized my body doesn't respond as well to that level of intensity anymore. Your workouts have been a game changer for my lower back, neck and hips!
    I still need to tone up my inner thighs more...so more of these inner thigh workouts would be wonderful! Thanks again! -Beth
