This workout became super easy after doing it a lot, so i added weights.. 😵 Immediate regret😂 But I love that I could feel the burn again and didn't have to find a new workout!!
For the doubter out there, just know that I did her 5 minutes outer thigh workout and my outer thigh are toned right now. I'm about to start this workout to tone my inner thigh as well
@zainabsaleem4108 I didn't do much of this workout as I wanted to yet, because I was focusing on other parts lately, but I did do that one about 2 weeks and I can see the difference - obviously you can't spot fat reduction but this area toned so good so it does looks slimmer

Where do you get your workout pants? I hate the pants that have front and back seams. The front seam just looks weird and those butt seams that go in your crack look trashy. I used to buy seamless yoga pants from target and I LOVE them but they stopped selling them. I wear XS yoga pants which makes finding them even harder, and I only wear black. Let me know if you have any recommendations PLEASE!
