Walking at home in West Michigan before the rest of the family wakes up, but after coffee. I also gave up coffee for a year. My parents let me start drinking coffee when I was 7 years old (!) and when I was in college, I wanted to see what life was like without caffeine. After. a year, I decided I really like coffee and want it as a part of my life. It's been a heart-warming love story ever since, worthy of turning into a Hallmark movie.
Caroline, thank you for responding to me. I must tell you this, I am 64 years old and I have been doing your exercises since I saw your videos since January. I went to do my physical on Wednesday and the doctor couldn’t believe for the first time my blood pressure was normal she had to do it a second time. I am now working on my cholesterol as the lab test shows it high so I am working on it doing your daily low impact exercises as I don’t want to take any medication.Thank you so much

I hurt my knee a few weeks ago in the ice. Painful to say the least. This workout was easy enough to do while knee was wrapped. My knee is almost pain free now. I also do your knee strengthening exercises. I appreciate you more and more every day!! ❤❤

Hi Caroline, I used to workout with this video, walked a mile at home and the 15 minutes seated workout with weight all together. That’s my normal routine every other day. I also walked outside every other day for an hour. Thanks Caroline for your encouragement and positive attitude. ❤

Hello, Caroline. I discovered your videos 7 years ago when I broke my meniscus. You where one of the few YT instructors that had chair exercise. I am 65 and I have exercised for over 40 years. I smiled when you mentioned physicals and getting your teeth cleaned. I have been a dental hygienist for 44 years and I know that good dental health goes hand in hand with whole body health. 1800 steps, I don’t have to test blood sugar (Hope to stay that way) and don’t have a fitness tracker..in the upstairs Al hallway at home. Perfect start to my day. This was a nice way to wake up. I didn't set my Fitbit for a Walking workout, but I probably got around 2,000 steps. I'm an iced tea drinker (I'm not really a fan of hot beverages).

1750 steps. 64 year old, no diabetes. A good easy workout but I was breathing hard midway through. Have joint/mobility issues so this was great!
