    I work night shift at supermarket, ive been working my same job for 23yrs now. lately, I've been having a sore back, and I came across your short video of this. I decided I needed to do something to try and help, and I think this really did help, and I will have to come back to it to help with my back. I also haven't exercised it a long time too. This definitely helped stretch out my back. It really needed it. Thank you for your help. I also subscribed, and now it's time to get ready to head off to work.     As someone who suffered 2 bouts of very debilitating back pain last year (I couldn't even get up or walk at all for a couple of weeks), this workout is a miracle for me. This was my first time trying this workout and I will be keeping it and using it again and again. I certainly felt all the wonderful stretches and the soothing walk. Thank you so very much Caroline!

    In my old age I've found that not only have I last some balance but coordination too. On my 6th try of this video I'm finally been able to do ALL the exercises correctly. This video has greatly reduced my back discomfort too. I really enjoy your 10-20 minute videos.

    My lower back hurts so bad when I walk or stand longer than a few minutes. I always have to sit to recoup. Surprisingly I was able to complete this workout in its entirety without taking a break. Thank you so much

    I lost weight, only to gain it back again. I have been having severe back pain. I can't walk through the grocery store for any length of time without a carriage. I am now eating healthier, but I was still having back pain when I tried to walk. I am so glad I came across this workout. I was able to do the full 20 minutes with minimal back pain. THANK YOU!

    This is my favorite type of workout: Alternating walking intervals and exercise intervals. I also appreciate that this is a gentle workout for when I'm not 100 percent. This will definitely find its way into my rotation of exercises.

    Thank you for this video! It’s cold where I live and just had hip surgery. I allowed to walk but going outside sometimes is not an option. I had a thought that you might have an indoor walking routine. This was the first. I don’t have back pain but this was perfect for me. I modified how I did I some of the exercises due to limitations (toes must stay forward). My heart rate was up too (yay!!) Thank for your videos! Going to look for others.

    I did a to long workout yesterday. Gardening after. Bought bad back on. This is nice gentle. I liked felt bit better with painkillers as well. Thank you

    Thank you soooo much Caroline for this back pain help video, I have needed to do some heavy lifting and moving of stuff lately and this couldn’t have come up at a better time than now. I love it, and yes it has helped loosen the tension in my back and ease the soreness for me, I love it!     I have sciatica pain and today is my first day of trying to combat this pain with exercise and movement. I am so tired of taking pain killers and going back to the doctors. I will fight my way to wellness and I will keep coming back here til I am well. I will keep you posted soonest.

    I have been in agony with lower back pain and on top of that I have RSD. With RSD I have to keep moving and the last couple of weeks have been very hard to move. I came across your video today and with extreme pain I just started following your video. I feel way better than I felt before. It’s funny I feel better moving than staying still. I will be doing this often. Thank you

    Usually, it's an interval of every 60 seconds stationary walk followed by 60 seconds exercise. I found if her staionary walking part gets hard to follow, you can just do your regular walk say back & forth in your room. She said the goal is to keep moving🙂
