Just found this, was all very do-able and nice you have a easy to see time, and can see what's next, also your calm voice ,I do wonder how much you should excerise every day 15 mins or less also will look at the recipes, I've been on a diet 6mths and reversed my bad cholesterol result but obviously I have to continue with that .

Ms Lucy last week's workout worked wonders though I had to skip one day due to my acidity problem. Now can you do 7 minutes workouts again with full body toning? My knees are still a bit painful.

Can here because I am getting blood work done in January 2025 When I did my last blood work back in January 2024 my Total Cholesterol was - 216mg/dl - (High) Reference Range is 100-199mg/dl Triglyceride was - 97mg/dl - (Normal) Reference Range is 0/149mg/dl HDL was - 38mg/dl - (Low) Reference Range is >39mg/dl VLDL Cholesterol Cal was - 18mg/dl - (Normal) Reference Range is 5-40mg/dl LDL was - 160mg/dl - (High) Reference Range is 0-99mg/dl I was prescribed Pravastatin 20mg by my doctor but i stopped taking them like 2 months after the blood test and opt for some lifestyle changes and started walking around my neighborhood so after scheduling my next blood test for January 2025 i started walking 2-4 miles a day just last month and this is my 3rd week so far did 3 mile walks this week plus a 2 mile walk this past Monday last Friday I did a 4 mile walk I can keep doing this every this every week until my appointment in January hopefully i could bring down my Total Cholesterol and my LDL numbers without medication. I’m a 31 y/o guy that weighs between 125-130 pounds and 5’7
