So much better after doing this. Have issues with gut and bloat after meals. Helps with gut pain too. Love these quick routines and it makes me want to keep going

Proud that I’m 75 and still going strong because of my commitment to my health. I’m grateful for so many blessings I have in family and friends plus God is so good to me. My goal is to keep moving and encourage my silver friends to do so as well.

I am a newly diagnosed diabetic and am working on turning this ship around. After 2 knee replacements and 2 foot surgeries I had slowly slid down the slope of couch potato status. I read that a 10 minute walk after eating helps lower blood sugar and found this video. I am happy I was able to keep up and found myself doing side steps as Caroline talked at the end of the video. I have this bookmarked and plan to keep going. Thank you Caroline!
I am grateful & thankful to Carline for all her 10 mins exercises. My Blood sugar remain stable from Nov last year 2023 till Jan 2024 remain 5.3. God bless.

Since i started to do your previous digestion walk video, all of my family and friends started to tell me that i look fitter and slimmer, it helped me so much with weight loss and every time i do it i feel so energetic! I tried other youtubers’ videos but i left pain in my stomach because of those heavy moves… So it’s really showing that you actually care about your job, im looking forward to your videos and tysm :))

I am from India. Thank you so much for this video. I am 72 and on medication to lower my blood sugar. On the lowest dose. I brought the level to normal and I intend to keep it that way. I am proud of the fact that after so many difficut experiences in my life, I still have not lost my values, ethics and my innate compassion no matter how other people behaved towards me. I am a deeply spiritual person and my goal is to reach the end of my spiritual quest. Thank you again for this video.
