I am in CT! I am 64 years old. I am managing my type 2 diabetes with diet, exercise, a low dose medication and supplements. I see my dietician, naturopath, and primary care physician every 3 months to review fasting bloodwork results. I was never athletic, I was very uninspired in gym class. You're right, it's one of the best 10 minute exercises on the internet! I don't always have the opportunity to walk outdoors after lunch, so this exercise is great. It looks easy, but it ain't that easy! I'm a 69 year old recovering from ME/CFS, so sometimes I have to stop or at least lower my arms. I'm going to keep going every day though. I am sure I will get stronger if I do!

i love the the 5-15 minute diabetes exercise videos! i've been so bad at being consistent about exercise but breaking it up into several 5-20 minute chunks throughout the day has been so much more helpful and your approach to fitness is so positive!

Wow! I’m huffing and puffing. This workout feels great! My heart is definitely pumping. I definitely felt my muscles working in my legs, arms, etc. great place to start challenging yourself. My doctor says, “Muscle eats sugar”!

So glad I found your videos. I am not diabetic but need to control my Blood Sugar peaks to lose the fat around my midriff and abs. I am doing your after eating workout in the morning and afternoon and just tried this one. I had trouble keeping up with a few of them so need to work on this daily till those come easier.
