It’s Ramadan and I do these short workouts after suhoor because it is early in the morning and I cannot go out for a walk. It helps keeping me satisfied that I moved after eating and did not go to bed directly.
1 thing I'm grateful for - the lovely meal prior to this walk. 1 thing I'm proud of - showing up for myself hence being able to show up for others. 1 intention - to make my actions match my intentions.
I am from the Philippines and a 62 years old woman having a chronic dizziness 24/7 for 3 years now. And I love your walk after meal work out and also with your 1 mile workout in the morning.I did it after having my dinner and I did 1 mile after get up from bed every morning.I am not diabetic but it help me a lot to feel good everyday.Thanks for your great efforts to do this things to help a lot of people like me. I wanna cry. Im a 30yr old stay home mom, constantly feeling tired by the chores and send/fetch my child. After so long i was not motivated to do any exercise. I just had lunch today and suddenly felt like doing a quick 10mins after-food walk. You're the first video i clicked and soo so grateful for you. Love your pace, your motivational words, your vibe. I'm traveling for the holidays and staying at a B&B! I woke up and did my 15 minute total body strength workout, had breakfast and then just did this after eating walk!

Caroline ~ I LOVE this little workout!!! It may be low impact but every time my glucose spikes I do it and it lowers my numbers by at least 30-40 points and brings me into normal range again. Thank you!!!

I was diagnosed with diabetes 15 years ago and I am all out in maintaining my blood sugar to as low a level as possible so as not to develop complications. Feeling great! Thank you Caroline, I started with 10 minutes walk video once a day then repeated it twice, and now gradually doing it multiple times a day.
I’ve been struggling with constipation for years! The algorithm brought me here because i’ve been searching about prediabetes. I didn’t expect that walking and moving after meal is what i needed all along, 5 mins after this walk, i had to go to the toilet & my bowel still feel like i had to for for 2nd time 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I intend to go to church to Praise, Honor and Glorify God but I have to finish first my after meals walk with you. I'm so grateful that I can walk with anytime I want . Thank you LORD, please take care and bless CJ, IN JESUS NAME AMEN ❤
