Stuck in a hotel for 5 days taking a class. The thought of going outside alone for a walk after dinner is not appealing. I brought my own healthy meals so I wouldn't have go to a restaurant (my partner thought I was being a little extra LOL). But I am committed to changing old habits and focusing on my health. So, I wondered if any "after meal movement" videos existed so I wouldn't have to leave the hotel (there are way too many people in the very small fitness center - eww David!) and I found you! I just love your video! I love your positivity and when you said push away negative beliefs and limiting thoughts about your health and fitness I almost cried (like, fo' real) LOL! i don’t really do these workouts after eating, but i do them when i am on my period. normally i go on walks everyday but since for these five days i have a lot of pain and cramps, i do your indoor walking videos so that i cannot down whenever i need to and they really help a lot with the pain, so thank you!!
I just had a baby and imma be honest physically and mentally I’m not feeling so hot however this helped me get started on my new health journey it’s quick and not overwhelming yet you still get the good burn feeling! Thank you for your time!

I am having some problems with digestion at the moment and trying to move after meals to improve it. I appreciate this workout being designed especially for this purpose! I definitely should get in the habit of doing a post-prandial walk. I'm so glad I found this. I have to modify a tad, as even this was a bit much, but definitely will do again.

Love love love this workout! The intensity is just right and easy on the joints. This is definitely my new go to workout after a meal. After doing the workout I felt invigorated and did two more of your workouts for diabetics. Yesterday I was sick and didn't move much, so by the end of the day i had a bloated tum. After my lowFOD toast this morning I thought I needed to do something indoors, because I couldn't leave the house and I found this! How perfect for home and work! After the first set I let out a decent burp HAHA! At the end of the workout I felt good (considering that I still have a head cold). I will try to keep it up for a week or two and post an update. Thank you!
THANK U SO SO MUCH FOR THIS! I have just finished eating a bowl of Carbonara Samyang Ramen Noodles and ate some of my brother’s too because he was full and I was feeling so disgusted of myself for eating SO MUCH!! But I got through this workout, of course sweating and breathing hard (BECAUSE EXCERCISING IS ALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR HEARTBEAT FASTER AND BREATHING MORE) and I’m feeling amazing after this! Thank you so so much, I love you so much for this magic, it was short and convenient, not challenging but definitely not too easy ❤

I did this after eating dinner. I went outdoors this morning after breakfast. Having trouble sleeping at night due to silent reflux. Think moving more will help with the reflux so I can sleep..🙂 Thank you!
I have heartburn pretty much all the time but it's especially worse when I get inverted or lay down--this was perfect for a day when I felt especially acidy...and because you told me to ;) I'm going to check out the standing ab workouts!!
Work on increasing your stomach acid with either apple cider vinegar or hydrochloric acid supplements with pepsin. It's the only way to correct acid reflux

I have been looking for a post-meal workout. The Walking at Home exercises are great but doing them after dinner increases my post-meal blood glucose spikes more. It will be interesting when I test my blood glucose after doing this routine.
First time I did these moves and I loved it. Thank you. First I did walking after eat to lower the blood sugar and then this one. All together it was awesome love it ❤❤❤❤👏👏👏💙💙🌺🌸
Completed after eating breakfast. Normally I would do a cardio or strength workout. Dealing with a torn hip labrum so substituted on moves that I couldn't do. Are we supposed to be squeezing our muscles as we move. You said for movement so I wasn't sure. Please let me know.

i think it depends on the individual and their unique body. It should be OK for most, but bottom line = listen to YOUR body and honor your unique needs
