    Just started working out. Thought this might be too easy. WRONG! I had no idea how weak my core is! This was challenging, yet at the same time doable so I didn't feel like quitting. Thank you so much!

      @@debraleegarrrels4288 It'll take time to get used to it! ik it!! Just keep doing this workout if you can for 2 weeks or at least everyday for an hour or 30 minutes it'll get easier that's what I did

    This is my favorite 10 minute EASY ab workout. I get so discouraged when I specifically look up beginner workouts and I can’t do any of them. These are so simple and don’t hurt yet I feel a burn. Makes me not dread doing it as much. Thank you!!!

    Slowly getting back into exercise after not going to the gym for about a year. This video was very helpful and so realistic unlike most of the 'beginners' workouts that I've come across. Perfect speed and I could really feel the burn in my abs. Thank you very much

    I absolutely LOVE Amy's beginner workouts. So many workouts labeled "beginner" have moves that I struggled to do even when I was in great shape. This is a great place to start for the first few weeks getting fit.

      Ab workouts burn very minimal calories, you lost 20 pounds from eating better and you probably did other exercises. I just don't want people to get confused aboiut how weightloss works. Ab workouts are great for definition in your mid-section and for back support, and for more strength for other movements like heavy squats and yoga and such, but it is NOT how you lost weight.

    thank you soooo much for this!!! this truly is for beginners. Ive looked up so many beginner workouts that are NOT for beginners whatsoever. When a workout is waaay beyond your league and its labelled "beginner", you lose faith in yourself because its just too difficult.

    I just discovered your video today. Bravo! Your your instruction was clear, your temple smooth, always reminding to protect the knack for upper cervical, brainstem and spine protection while still inspiring with such a positive attitude. Yes, I suffered a life-changing physical trauma injury that I am now only this week starting to do exercises for strength. You are an excellent, fantastic, instructor. It's only a matter of time the others will discover that too. Thank you for not forgetting us beginners. We enjoy exercises as well as most but some of us have limitations. Your kind heart honor that and for that makes you more special than most.

      Ain't that the truth! So many "beginner" workouts are obviously done by people who don't remember what true beginner level is like - there's often little flexibility, strength or understanding of moves and so many others don't understand that!

    This is the best beginners work out I've tried. I could feel my stomach muscles tightening and it was not too intense but still did the job. Great!

      Lovely video content! Apologies for chiming in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you researched - Dinanlinson Belly Secret Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is a smashing one off product for learning how to get an amazing toned beach ready belly minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend Sam at very last got cool results with it.

    I recently saw an old picture of myself and it kind of flipped a switch n my brain. I’ve been overweight my entire adult life, and after seeing that picture I knew it was time for a change. I happened upon the workout and what a godsend!! It’s challenging and I’m actually able to do the majority of it!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! 😁😁😁

    I haven t worked out for months, so if u are a begginer or u are in my situation, this is perfect. It burns and works ur muscles, but u can keep up with it!

    This is good for arthritis. I have psoriatic arthritis and other ab workouts kill my joints. This one does not. Thank you!

    Literally God bless you lady, I’m so out of shape and trying to get started exercising and I could NOT find a single workout, let alone an ab workout for beginners. Every other video is going straight into moves I don’t even have the strength to do. Such a good video!

    I love the way she says “it’s okay if you’re not doing it exactly right as long as you’re exercising the muscles!” Like the only reason I don’t want to go to a gym is because I don’t want to look a fool doing it in the wrong position! 😂 subscribed 💪🏻♥️

    Been doing for 7 days straight. First day was hard but it got so much easier and ive seen improvements already lol

    TH-cam needs a love button. I had been using another channel for workouts but all their ab workouts were intimidating (my core is selectively strong but weak when I try anything that looks like exercise). I feel the burn and actually feel good about the exercise!

    You are doing wonders for my postnatal body. I began your postnatal workouts 6 months pp, and now I have moved on to the beginner workouts, they're perfect and quick. I try to do 10/20 minutes every day when baby is sleeping. It feels so good and not overwhelming at all which is why I have been able to stick to it while being exhausted and not sleeping enough. Thank you for making exercise so accessible and easy. I dont know if I would have been able to do it otherwise!!! Amazing!!

    My first day here and wow, my core is so weak!
    I felt like dying when trying to do the cycle and also twist knee plank but I force myself to continue.
    Definitely a good beginner workout! Really motivates me as someone who are new to exercise! Will come again tomorrow!

    I've been doing this for a while now, but I noticed results after a couple of weeks. Mind you I have an athletic type body, but before I would do sit ups, planks, cross training and not get results this fast. It's crazy because this is a beginners work out. I also like that I can modify it to make it a bit more difficult. Loving my abs, thanks 😊

    I’ve been doing this exercise video for over two weeks now, and been tracking my foods and weighing myself every day to hold myself accountable for the decisions I make that affect my body. I just turned eighteen in February, and since then, I’ve been stuck at home due to quarantine. Being laid off made me develop some bad habits, and over the last few months I’ve gained over ten pounds. but I decided that I REFUSE to be somebody who doesn’t take care of my body, especially now as an adult. Slowly but surely, that number on the scale is coming down. Every single one of your likes is a motivator! To those of you reading this, you CAN do it! I believe in you!

    Nearly four years later and your video is still helping people. I had an 18 month-long arthritic flare-up that saw me unable to exercise, and some days just moving was painful. This was an excellent way to ease back into getting into shape. That's a long road after 18 months!! Thank you.

    "Yes. So much yes," is what my daughter said after completing this exercise routine the first time. She says she likes that it only caused a slight burn in her muscles, but LOVED how the stretches at the end felt on her lower back.

      When I last started working out I basically had full on abs after a good week, so... Maybe not first day, but second and third definitely ^^

    Just wanted you to know that I love you and this workout you're very gentle you explain very well I enjoyed my workout and I feel good about it. I didsearch other beginner videos and you're the only one that actually cared my mom struggles usually but I showed her this and she's been loving this too

    The best thing about this video is the instructions are constant and very clear. Did not have to stop my workout to check and see if I was doing it right. Wonderful video and who doesnt have ten minutes?

    This workout is perfect for beginners. I have never kept a good workout routine simply because I'm uncomfortable at the gym and get bored easily. This routine kept me entertained, was quick and effective, and overall didn't make me feel like I was unable to do any one thing. Will definitely be using this routine consistently because it fits my needs!!

    This is the best beginner ab work I have ever done :). Like how you kept it simple and talked about people with limited range of motion plus back pain. Great warm up and cool down. Definitely a great one do to for a few weeks till you are stronger in the core.

    I needed this so bad. I have some health issues that cause my joints to be very unstable and my heart rate and blood pressure to be very unstable as well. I am very weak, but I know I need to start building muscle, it’s hard to do that though when I couldn’t find any truly beginner friendly workouts. This is perfect, thank you!
