  • This 30 Minute Mat Pilates features mostly traditional Pilates Mat exercises fused with some traditional strength training exercises. Your core will be working the entire time but you'll also get strengthening and toning in the upper and lower body, plus a good relaxing stretch!

    This is a fabulous workout - I have done it every day at home during lockdown and it has noticeably strengthened my core. Amy is a delight as an instructor! I haven’t found a better all round routine - many thanks!

    Thank you so much for making this video. I finally looked at myself in the mirror and told myself there was no more excuses, I had to lose the 20 pounds I gained POST-baby! Now I get up half an hour earlier and do this workout before I get the kids ready for the day. Saves me a 30 minute drive to and 30 minute from the gym and I can shower in my own bathroom! I feel like I’m saving so much time, feeling better about myself and happier overall. Thank you Amy! 💖

    I do a few of Amy's workouts a week, and I love it. She is so encouraging. It makes you feel like it is a one on one instruction. Just love them!

    A great workout. I'm 74 and have been doing Pilates for over 10 years. There were only two exercises at the end that I felt I couldn't do, so I'll definitely try this one again and see if I can't do them all.

    I have never done Pilates before finding your videos... WOW!! So challenging! I’m using muscles I didn’t know I had! I’ve been lifting weights since I was a teenager.. I’m 43 now.. and I can honestly say I feel stronger now from doing your amazing workouts than I ever have before!! Thankyou for making these core workouts so much fun!!!

    I highly recommend this video workout!
    Goodness! 2 weeks of #COVID19 self-isolation and away from the gym and I can't believe how stiffer and weaker I am!
    This video is JUST PERFECT to ease my way back into pilates.

    I've been powerlifting at a lower weight for quite some years now and work 40 hours a week sitting a lot. I've started to concentrate more on stretching and core exercises such as your video to avoid injury and back pain. I did this 30 minute video after breakfast today and feel great. These routine give you a little bit of everything and I was sweating by the end :)

    I was just recently diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachychardia Syndrome) which causes heartrate to shoot up crazy high when I'm vertical, fatigue and what is called "exercise intolerance," (meaning I can't do much exercise without a negative "payback.") My cardiologist told me to try Mat Pilates to increase core strength which his supposed to help the POTS. .... I LOVE your workout! And, it gives me inspiration. At the moment, I can only do a couple reps of each set and have to stop completely at 3-5 minutes, but it gives me something to work up to... little by little. Thank you!!!!

    Thank you, Amy!! I love this video. I was taking Pilates at the Y for YEARS. One day what the teacher said stuck. She said we have to do this everyday. I was sick of our dirty Y and the one hour class once or twice a week left me sore and exhausted. Now I do your video 5 - 7 times a week. I am stronger, I feel better and I quit the Y. This is a well-balanced 30 minute program that I just LOVE!!! GREAT JOB!!

    I couldn't keep using these workouts without saying how much I LOVE them. I had to find a workout that was effective without putting too much strain on my knees. I also love the fact that she gives the alternate methods. It's like having two instructors in one. Perfect.

    This exercise was so great, being guided slowly through the poses meant I could focus more on my breathing and perfecting the pose. I feel warm and slightly sweaty now and loved the stretches at the end.

    It’s amazing how relaxing this workout is... yet it burns so good!!!! I love the mixture! The slow controlled movements help focus on each muscle, i can feel my body getting stronger every time I do this workout!!! As always , THANKYOU Amy for doing such an amazing job!

    Injured my back pretty badly 5 months postpartum and was in so much pain I could barely function. This workout, along with a few other stretches, helped me get back on track and the pain under control. I had been doing p90x prior to the injury (non-exercise related), and this is way better and much more gentle. Total convert. Love your channel. THANK YOU

    In only 30 minutes, this workout had everything I was looking for: a little plank, a little hips, a lot of core. A couple moves were a challenge, but that gives me something to work toward. In short, it's perfect!

    While away from home on vacation, and having forgotten my workout dvds (today was Pilates) I found this video and I'm so glad I did! I was afraid it would be too easy...boy was I wrong.
