    I loved this workout. And appreciate so many people doing the videos to lose weight and posting of their losses which is amazing if that is your goal for your fitness journey. For years I’ve been up and down with weight and last year when I started my fitness journey I wanted to do it for mental health reasons and to tone as well but not to be driven by weight loss and scales. And then I had to weigh myself at the doctors and it crushed me because I’d not lost any weight which wasn’t the aim but because I’d seen others saying how they’d lost X amount in a week, X amount in 6 weeks I was shocked. Even though I shouldn’t be because my body is my body not anybody else’s and it won’t work in the same way. So I guess I’m just leaving this comment here for others in the same position or people who are wanting weight loss but aren’t getting the same results as the people in the comments. Just be happy that you’ve made these changes and in time you will see results in body and mind and weight doesn’t mean anything it’s how you feel and how you feel about how you look. Appreciate your body and all it does for you. Happy Friday ❤❤

    Muchas gracias ,este ejercicio hizo que mis rodillas se sientan mejor había intentado otros ejercicios pero terminaba mas adolorida de mis rodillas,llevo haciendo estos ejercicios por una semana tengo fe que voy a bajar de peso si soy constante,bendiciones burpee girl.

    Finally a workout I can stick to. This was awesome. My knees thank-you! I want to lose about 10 lbs on this 5" 2' body. I also like the short preview of the next exercise. I've noticed this trend over the last few videos I have tried. It definitely helps.

    If I continue this exercise every day, is it possible to lose my weight or should I add more workouts to lose weight? If yes, please let me know which workout would be the best to add? I'm 21 years old and 92kg; my height is 160cm and I'm on a strict diet. I have PCOS and thyroid. I would appreciate any advice you can give me.

      I would suggest you go for longer workouts like my 5000 steps workouts, but if you can`t do that try incorporating 20 min burn and tone workouts from my second channel. 🤗🤗🤗

    ich finde das Video richtig gut und sehr abwechslungsreich. Bin heute das erste Mal dabei. Einen Minuspunkt habe ich allerdings. Ich höre immer auf den Takt und da bist du leider nicht mit der Musik, das bringt mich aus dem Konzept. Denn deine Geschwindigkeit kann ich gerne mitmachen, aber die Musik ist oft einen Tick zu langsam.
    Vielleicht kannst du in deinen zukünftigen Videos darauf achten😊

    This one is unlike the other ones, really fast. I had to set 75% slow, was much better.

    This is a fun workout, but it drives me crazy that she doesn’t seem to be moving with the beat of the song most of the time. I used her as guidance then just moved to the beat - it was a good workout, just messed me up several times.
