I loved this workout. And appreciate so many people doing the videos to lose weight and posting of their losses which is amazing if that is your goal for your fitness journey. For years I’ve been up and down with weight and last year when I started my fitness journey I wanted to do it for mental health reasons and to tone as well but not to be driven by weight loss and scales. And then I had to weigh myself at the doctors and it crushed me because I’d not lost any weight which wasn’t the aim but because I’d seen others saying how they’d lost X amount in a week, X amount in 6 weeks I was shocked. Even though I shouldn’t be because my body is my body not anybody else’s and it won’t work in the same way. So I guess I’m just leaving this comment here for others in the same position or people who are wanting weight loss but aren’t getting the same results as the people in the comments. Just be happy that you’ve made these changes and in time you will see results in body and mind and weight doesn’t mean anything it’s how you feel and how you feel about how you look. Appreciate your body and all it does for you. Happy Friday ❤❤

Hey... I started this cardio from today just 15 minutes of exercise because I have gall stones ... So there is pain n I cannot do full started with little hopefully I will win the battle of life and I will complete this whole cardio one day ❤❤❤ although couldn't match your energy but atleast I tried thank you so much ❤❤❤ burpee girl❤❤❤ love you lots❤
Did this work-out again n I will be updating in this comment... Before your active break I took 5 breaks or more😢 because of health issue but still I tried 15 minutes now ... I could feel burning in the arms thighs and legs ❤❤ I am not a cardio person but took this initiative for my health and for my mental stress❤❤❤❤
Did again for 15 minutes today I took gap little between these exercises n I felt happy❤❤ burning in lower abdomen and legs are paining ❤❤ but accomplished today's goal also... Sorry I could like only one time this video❤❤

Finally a workout I can stick to. This was awesome. My knees thank-you! I want to lose about 10 lbs on this 5" 2' body. I also like the short preview of the next exercise. I've noticed this trend over the last few videos I have tried. It definitely helps.
Great workout ty so much easy to follow exactly what i needed for my new daily rutines with a newly diagnosed diabetes. Ive lost around 16 Ib with your help as im on the obese side this makes it fun for me short workout but gets me sweating them pounds off ty so much!
