Sea Zen condo what a great price and the facilities look top notch especially that pool . I think Sea Zen would be my second choice of place to live in Bang Saray , of course Dele Mare is always my number 1 . 😊

I like those units (the dining chairs in Sea Zen, not si much lol) but they seem like nice buildings at nice prices! Bang Saray looks like a great little gem of a town.

Another great video, I’m still at least 6 months out from moving there but it’s fun watching you and dreaming. I’d love to see a video or at least more info about what you and others call the Baht bus, like how far does it go, is it super uncomfortable. From what I’ve seen I’d like to get a rental in Bang Saray and hopefully that Baht bus goes all the way to terminal 21.
Thanks mate, baht buses run all the way down to Sattahip on Sukhamvit Road but when coming from Bang Saray you need to change from the white baht bus to the blue to get into Jomtien or Pattaya, not overly comfortable but there are also minivans that operate that have a/c 👍

Hi Jason, at least you're in the best place to feel better quickly! 😊 I think, for me I would have the sea zen condo, okay its a bit smaller, but the price is a winner for me! Less than £200 a month at the current exchange rate is excellent and far enough away from the money drain, yet close enough for day trips when you want a bit of retail or entertainment therapy. 😂 Nice to see you getting into the spirit of thai style parking at the coffee caravan 😂😂😊. I have mate, in Bang Saray the Mirage building allows pets up to 15kg and in Pattaya & Jomtien the Riviera buildings allow pets also up to 15kg. I will remember to ask in future videos 👍

Hi mate, it’s only an easy 20 minutes drive from Bang Saray and next to no traffic as you turn of Sukhamvit Road onto Jomtien 2nd Road at Na Jomtien, very pleasant easy drive 👍👍👍

37 degrees at 10:30 AM! Mate, please educate us with a "Vampire Subculture" video. (I am serious. When I lived in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, a significant percentage of my neighbors were ENTIRELY NOCTURNAL. It is a legitimate lifestyle option for hot climates, and there is little doubt in my mind that this subculture is viable, and exists, in Thailand.) Very topical in the current heatwave!
