good little advice for us, glad to see you back. Brilliant live yesterday on wbw I listened to it while in the workshop, very entertaining and a bit outrageous in places. Yes lets see some condo's but also Jomtien hotels that are recommended by the locals. I enjoyed the occasional trip out video and eating out etc for tourist ideas. Keep cool, but here a lovely warm spring has turned into a chilly wet rainy day, expect you'd swop for a few hours relief from the heat wave. July August looks good in the weather charts if it doesn't rain too much. All the best mate keep up the good work

I’d be interested in condo videos and what it’s like to first move out there. Best way to find a condo in a place that works for “me”…knowing that different people what different things on their doorstep. As you know, I’m out there with a fellow subscriber Stephen who has a strong stance on BF and I can’t blame him. Interesting to hear that Jomtien different to Pattaya when it comes to BF and LD. Thanks for the heads up regarding the bars. Im back in June and I visited the Gent's Clubs for the first time 6 months ago and I much prefer them to Gogo's more chilled and no drink Queens. Another option I always use is Thai Friendly for midday fun. I'll be having a dabble in Jomtien when I come back also.
Great advice, thank you. I remember that on my first trip to Pattaya last November, my bar experience with the ladies in TreeTown and Soi Buakhao was very negative. Drinks queens and uninterested behaviour. It almost put me off Pattaya for life. I avoided these areas and things got a lot better.
absolutely right about the bar and go go girls dont spend to long in the bars with them there allways wanting you to buy drinks every 5 mins and they want in a salary with drinks to be with them is to much im coming back in june but only doing the bars 2 times a week because of what the girls want it was my first trip to pattaya last year as well and realise its a waste of time getting into a relationship with them because soon as your in relationship with them its 30000 baht salary a month its a waste of time if u cant live in thailand just do pay as u go and dont get head over heels.

I will not BF from them..I will still go in them on a night out and maybe buy a LD or 2 .. if I want some fun I will use TF ... What? The Candy Club in Treetown on the corner of Soi Buakao is the best bar in Pattaya. Bar none. 90 baht beer , great band and freelancers in bulk. What is not to like ?

You seem to be the only guy telling the truth so I subscribed. Only thing I would add is in GC's beers average 95b and soi bonkot GC's just upped room/curtains to 500b...so between a drink for you and her and some fun it's about 1500-2000b. Still GC'S and massage shops where the fun is these days.

I was there March though April and I hanged around soi Pothole, Lengkee, LK Metro, soi Diana ect. Average looking bar girls, let's say 6s and 7s cost me 300 bf and the girls usually asked for 1000 baht LT after 11pm with the odd 100 baht extra taxi drive home in the morning. Pattaya is in my opinion still value for money as long as you shop around and not run to the first girl you like and give her whatever she asks for. Also, learn to negotiate. Also remember the later in the night it is, most girls are getting tired and just want shower, do some aerobics and sleep in an air conditioned room.
Full service in Greece is 2000 baht.. Why pay a flight to Thailand? Does it make sense? And the question is if thaimen are paying this barfines and prices? If thaimen pay 1500 then thats for a beautiful younger girl. I have seen thier webpages. Its rip off.
They want you not to buy her a Chang because she will drink it too slow , they are way too greedy I cant afford 150 baht every 5 min , When I went first time 2017 to a lady bar in bangkok they still drank beers and the whole night cost me 2000 baht for a few hours at the bar , had a great time from early evening till early morning the girl was just as drunk as I was.

I have been living in Jomtein for one year now, and would like to note the following: Water. No problems in my condo (View Talay 2) . Never heard of water rationing Salaries. I noticed this was a big point in your live stream. There is a downside. Many of the girls in beer bars in Jomtein do not receive a salary, the get drink commission and -if needed- accommodation. I have friends in 4 different bars who do not receive a salary, one of them by choice so she can pick her own working hours. It may be good for “us”, but many of the girls are struggling. 3000 baht. If you offered that to a girl in a Jomtein bar (even one in the Bullet Bar groups with there ridiculous 800 Baht BF), they would grab your leg and never let go. Pattaya is 10 minutes from Jomtein. In one year, I’ve probably been there 3- 4 times. The beer bars and the GC’s are great here. Even Maggie Mays Jomtein with its mostly plus size girls is terrific fun, and off course there is Passion Club, Seahorse Lounge etc. Along Soi 7 or in Rhompo, the girls may be older, (not all) but much more attentive and willing. 300 BF, negotiate one + something Thanks for your videos. Never understood the Beer Bar thing. Paying for LadyDrinks is a mugs game. G.C.'s, Beach Rd Coconut, Kink + Windmill, Massage H.E., and now Tinder and ThaiFriendly, are more than enough.
Never buy more than 1 drink before asking if they barfine, if they don't or want 5k just move on. Loads of sponsors these days with the internet what it is, not to mention loads of passport bros. It's not how it used to be. Gents clubs are all well and good but I just wish the quality of the girls was on par with the bars.

I was there March though April and I hanged around soi Pothole, Lengkee, LK Metro, soi Diana ect. Average looking bar girls, let's say 6s and 7s cost me 300 bf and the girls usually asked for 1000 baht LT after 11pm with the odd 100 baht extra taxi drive home in the morning. Pattaya is in my opinion still value for money as long as you shop around and not run to the first girl you like and give her whatever she asks for. Also, learn to negotiate. Also remember the later in the night it is, most girls are getting tired and just want shower, do some aerobics and sleep in an air conditioned room.

@@welshboywebby The answer is nearly all do not.For some reason.the new plaza central bars have survived,yet all the others seem to keep closing and opening different name and again and again over the years.I think the place has been finished for 15 years now.In the past.most could survive on a basic pension.I remember 10 years ago this time of year.It was quieter than it is now.But if you take into account the areas were bars used to be.maybe about the same people.

I have been living in Jomtein for one year now, and would like to note the following:
Water. No problems in my condo (View Talay 2) . Never heard of water rationing
Salaries. I noticed this was a big point in your live stream. There is a downside. Many of the girls in beer bars in Jomtein do not receive a salary, the get drink commission and -if needed- accommodation. I have friends in 4 different bars who do not receive a salary, one of them by choice so she can pick her own working hours. It may be good for “us”, but many of the girls are struggling.
3000 baht. If you offered that to a girl in a Jomtein bar (even one in the Bullet Bar groups with there ridiculous 800 Baht BF), they would grab your leg and never let go.
Pattaya is 10 minutes from Jomtein. In one year, I’ve probably been there 3- 4 times. The beer bars and the GC’s are great here. Even Maggie Mays Jomtein with its mostly plus size girls is terrific fun, and off course there is Passion Club, Seahorse Lounge etc. Along Soi 7 or in Rhompo, the girls may be older, (not all) but much more attentive and willing. 300 BF, negotiate one + something
