All of the properties are beautiful, but the last one was a shocker for the price. Everybody can afford a Mercedes-Benz, when you are only paying $164/month for rent! I could care less about a Benz, but the property was beautiful and the price was unbelievable.

Great space, stunning view. 30k a month, I might move in tomorrow 🤗 Del Mare is such a great place, and I agree about the pool. Stunning. Hi Sarlina, I think everyone knows of my love for Del Mare 😊. The pool at sunset is seriously amazing. Yes the tennis court is great for you and I never saw anyone use back when I lived there but that has probably changed as a lot of people have since moved in.

The pools, gyms and common areas look well maintained and very private.
I’m always surprised how few people are around using the facilities regularly in many of your videos.
6k a month to find your feet in a new area. That’s a cheap education.👍
Bang Saray looks like a place to enjoy at a slow pace, and develop new healthy habits and skills.

Great video and great options! I really like the look and location of Bang Saray. Too bad the first condo doesn't incorporate a little more of the balcony space, but the view is stunning!

I would say the 3rd room/condo is adequate for a single person and at a reasonable price. Like you said a good starter place. Good Job!
Yeah it’s a great place to start out as a single person, eating out is cheap and you can walk to everything, beach maybe a little bit far to walk 👍

You need to remember to ask if the power and water are gov’ rates! Also look around Pratumnak, same prices and better location (imo) 😊 great vids btw.

That 1st condo is nice but its a bit of a "miss" with that humongous balcony and small living space inside.
They totally screwed up the floor tile in second place, but it is definitely doable and probably the one I would take.
The third is definitely a "try Thailand/Bang Saray out" spot. Don't think I could do more than 6 months there.

The lady who owned my old condo told me she was selling up so I got on Facebook that evening looked at bang saray, saw del mare checked out your TH-cam video of the place went down the next day and it was basically what I was looking for a nice place with a good vibe. So your video certainly helped 👍🏼😎

Bang Saray is much quieter than Pattaya & Jomtien although the beach does get busy on weekends with Thais 👍👍👍

Also you mentioned bars, is there a decent nightlife there? I know it's quieter than Pattaya
There are some larger ones where people have combined two studios but yet to see one for rent. Nightlife is okay, plenty of good bars but it’s nothing like Pattaya
Not many lounge chairs around the pool. It doesn't look as if it is used!
The last apartment is my favorite. How much is electric, wifi, and water?❤
That really depends on how often you have the a/c but probably allow 1200 baht for electricity, 250 for water and say 500 baht for decent WiFi 😊

When renting all you have to pay for is electricity and water.

I have rented 3 different places in Thailand and they have never increased the rent 👍
First one was great just would have preferred more indoor space and less outdoor, but would live there for a while happily!
