Yes there have been some stunning properties lately and making a video with Manu today on two villas that also look amazing plus some rentals. It is great to work with Rachel and so much fun. Haha thanks mate, not sure I like the shirt but it’s definitely a Songkran shirt, last year was a blast on the bike and looking forward to next week and making some videos and getting very wet 😂

Private beach is illegal in Thailand. All beaches are public areas

Another great video showing what's available, Although both house were a really nice size they were not the style of house I would go for myself but hey variety is the spice of life so they say & we all have different tastes. Nice to see you can buy a plot & design & build the house you want that's a positive. Ive mentioned in the passed would not purchase a house until I can own the land it sits on & hopefully the government will pass the law for foreigners to own land soon enough, I have heard it's up to 1 Rai & the plot shown in this video I think was 1/2 rai so getting 2 plots you could build fantastic dream home. Bang Saray is underrated. It’s peaceful and beautiful and prices are still reasonable. 5 million for furniture on the modern villa? That sounds expensive just for furniture.
It is Kelly but the locals don’t like me promoting it so much 😜 but I do love Bang Saray. The furniture includes built in furniture, kitchen, appliances etc.

You cannot see the ocean from any properties on the Gulf of Thailand. The ocean is south of Singapore or west of the Similan islands. The gulf of Thailand is a sea at best.

The places you show are you expected to purchase outright. Or can you get a mortgage and if so maybe show whats involved in that process.
The only way to get a mortgage I think is to show proof of income, have a work permit and meet all the usual lending criteria

Hi, Jason & Rachel! Stunning place, I have walked past it so many times, but never went in. Love the beach and the privacy there. Rachel is right, land is hard to come by. I was offered a much smaller land not far away for 8 million baht, but I guess with a proper house on it, it will exceed 15 million. Still considering it though. Maybe one day..😊 Loved the houses you presented here, but the prices were high. It`s much about location, I guess, and the amnenities. Thanks guys, it`s great to see you both 🤗

That`s the best comment I have seen in a long time. And there are so many hobbies to tend to. Tennis, golf, travelling, jogging, working out, or just simple things you can do at home. Just keep yourself away from going to that bar, and get that daily drink or five, to ease your thoughts.. That`s the first step to boredom.
