Hi Jason, it is so good to see the rain. I love the rain and look forward to the rainy season when I can come back. It's the best time to sit in the pool and chill, as long as there is no lightning haha. Loved these locations. Enjoyed this one a lot, be well mate.

It’s going to be (and has been) a rough week. Mom passed away on Saturday morning. Glad she’s no longer suffering from the dementia, but still sad to have lost her:-/

wow I wish I could afford that Pratumnak condo it's great! Shame I am too young to access my retirement funds, need to stick to a tighter budget until I hit 60. Yeah that was a crazy storm the booming of the thunder literally had me levitating out of bed LOL!

Just market price as of today, potentially you could negotiate which is the case at all times of the year but just depends on the owners 👍
Hey Jason. Quick question do they have insurance for condos? Like flood or fire damage
You can mate, similar to the west, one policy for contents and another for building, in the case of a one bed condo roughly 7,000 baht per year for the actual condo and not contents so fire or flood coverage

@onlyme2030, I just signed up for an older style 2 bedroom, in Pratumnak for 15000b a month, it’s in the Nordic complex, great size, top floor , big balcony , just off Soi 4, got it just off face book , very happy
