Enjoyed that, you work well together. 👍 I liked the enforced pause whilst passing the girl at the pool, allowing the correct focus to be applied 😅. They each have their own merits. Although Manu's response when you suggested that you could walk down to the beach from the orient was priceless 😂 I'll guess that it's something like 750 metres or more. Personally I think that I would prefer the orient and use the walk as exercise.

I think the View Talay condo, despite not having the facilities of the newer ones, is great. The location is excellent. A couple of hundred metres to the beach and baht bus. There are a couple of expat grocery shops in Jomtien. Tinnies Pies. Sharples fish & chips. Sports bars like Frasers and Kiwi and Wombat bar........heaps of good cafes. Ideal. Delivery from Tops, Big C or Makro..... Thanks again for showing such a wide variety of rentals and for sale properties. It has been really hot and humid with heavy rain in the afternoons....but it is rainy season and that will end very shortly, then the so called cooler weather. You and Manu make a great team. Keep up the good work. Maybe someone seeing your videos will decide to make a life changing decision and enjoy a much more relaxed lifestyle rather than a hectic home country situation....with continuously rising prices ...

@@goodvibespattaya2423 I'd be interested in seeing something in VT5 at Dongtan Beach....across the road from the beach, short walk under mostly shady beach path to Beach Rd Jomtien and the baht bus route, Sandbar has live music some nights, very close to cafes, restaurants and bars Soi 5 & 4 Pratumnak.

Thanks guys..I love the size of the apatments. For me, the Orient is really great value and the pool is great for doing lengths . Cetus ..Thought I saw the Auckland , New Zealand sky tower from there lol. Bad enough looking over balcony of 18 levels 😮. Thanks again for showing three comparisons..

All three condos are actually amazing but I like the second condo best with its towering view of the beachfront. The first condo is really a great value for new Expats arriving in town.

I would be happy in any of these places. I am not totally sold on Jomtien but I will say it's growing on me. I am not too concerned about having to travel to buy groceries or other needs. That is all part of the adventure. Condo #2 has a great pool and a beauty in one of the seats. I think I will have to bring some rings with me hahahaha. Last condo was great in my opinion. Even it's not overlooking the beach, it is still a pretty cool view with a lot to see while kickin back on the balcony. I am not looking for the newest and most modern place I can find, I am looking for a comfy place to call home. This video was wonderful. You and Manu keep it fun and enjoyable. Thanks Jason, really enjoyed this one.

Thanks for the usual informative video, great always. I liked the lot, especially the View Talay. I have stayed at the Grandia Beach Hotel, which is in Soi 7, across from the market and have enjoyed many a wonderful meal at KISS Restaurant. So I know the area and would say it's about 450 metres from the beach. 50 metres to 7/11 and another on the other side of the road another 50 metres. Many bars and restaurants in Soi 7 also, with a sports bar half way down to the beach on the right

Again good content, the last would be my choice if I was to consider a condo. More like an apartment large kitchen area, spacious living and bedrooms. The timber features to me didn’t look out of place like a lull in design between retro and modern.

Great condos in Jomtien with something for everyone. Cetus condo was the best place but too high floor for me but great layout & facilities right on beach rd with great views. VT3 residence nice big rooms but too noisy near the busy 2nd rd with not much of a view but good location for shops, cafes & walking distance to Jomtien beach. VT3 & VT7 condos are the best located condos in Jomtien if your gona have a look around there it be interesting.🤔😉😎
Enjoyed your video. Loves the Talay condo. I plan on moving there in Thailand. Not sure what area yet. But leaning towards Pattaya because of the beach I do want a sea view from balcony. I want to rent for 6 months, then buy a condo, but it must be pet friendly. So must rental. Move in May 2024, after I sell my house here in Florida. I wonder who I might contact about a pet friendly condo, to rent? I will need to get right in. I want to get a room for a week, then move into condo rental for the 6 months. Thanks Jason

I have been living in Cetus for the last year absolutely Love it my 1 bedroom is 58 sqm with unreal views
Someone in a Google Review said a couple of months ago that there are two bars at the bottom of the building that play loud music until midnight. Is that true? And how's the wait time for elevators in a building that tall. Thanks!
@@robertf57 I have had no problem with any music the bar below is closed sometimes on weekends there are fireworks but I am on one of the highest floors so its no big deal for me

Haha it’s a jug or a kettle 😂 So much fun working with Manu and you are right, as I have said countless times I will show everything, all budgets etc but Man some people just don’t get it and want to complain which is fine but don’t turn off over something that is not in your price range and just enjoy watching what is available here, within budget or not. Cetus view is AMAZING, but why is that bathroom setup like that? a bit strange that it seems like it is practically in the bedroom, no real separation and even having glass see thru .

stayed orient resort now full october, 1 month stay but at higher price, 18k ish bhat, included everything, looked almost same as this :) nice place

i was under the impression as a single foreigner you cant own property in thailand its like that in other asian countries as well.
You can buy a condo no problem but with a house you can’t but there are options with company ownership

I never understood why people want saunas in Thailand.. Isn`t the daily sun, heat and sweating enough? In Scandinavian countries they use saunas much during the winter, when it`s snowy cold outside.. Finland has the most saunas in the world, they sweat inside it for a few minutes, then run outside and roll around naked in the snow, cooling off again.. Imagine that 😂 Thanks guys, very good pricing on these condos, good choice for us mortal ones. Btw, that 48th floor view.. Oh gosh 😱😱 😊😊

Well, the first place was nice, the view and overall building at Cetus was amazing...but I think I would take the View Talay 3 It just seemed really nice and they did a really nice job on the cabinetry throughout the unit. Also, the price is great. I pay $900 USD a month to rent a small room in someone's house and my views and weather year round are nowhere near as nice!
