Great workout! How many times a week would you advise doing this workout? For your abs to rest and grow? And is there a specific reason all the excercises are calm and controlled and there are no dynamic, ‘explosive’ ones? Does it build muscle differently?
Stop listening to these people ladies. These ab circuit routines are not an effective way to build your core muscles or to even burn excess body fat. The best way to train your core is by doing exercises with large stability demands such as squats, bench and deadlift, to work your obliques you would benefit most from rotational exercises. If you get strong on the big lifts you will build a much more impressive core than by following these vids. If your goal is just to lose weight than you need to lose said weight by eating in a small deficit over a long period of time, lifting weights also has been shown to be what burns the most calories and having more muscle will lead to your body naturally using more calories to keep said muscle rather than turning into fat.
These exercises you mentioned are too difficult for some of us. I am also a bit afraid to go to the gym . With vids like this maybe i won't have visible abs but i do see the improvement so i am getting stronger and thats my main goal
