      EYLEM ABACI öncesinde her şey normalmiş gibi hissederken yaptıktan sonra üstümde iyi ama ağır bir ağırlık hissettim bittirdikten sonra ilk 10 dk yerden kalkamadım 😅😅 ama sonra enerjimi topladım ve kalkıp evin içinde yürüdüm kendime gelmeye başladım ve kaslarım ne kadar yansada şu an kendimi çok iyi hissediyorum 🥰🍓🤍 çok teşekkürler emeğiniz için 🤸🏽‍♀️ sabırsızlıkla cumartesi gününü bekliyorum çünkü bir gün arayla yapacağımızı sizden öğrendim abla❤️ çok teşekkür ederim tekrardan kendimi şu an bomba gibi hissediyorum ,alışacağım zamanları dört gözle bekliyorum 🤩

      Target your and and Engage your core. When you do the exercises make sure your lower back stays flat on the ground no matter what that’s how you can engage your core

    i don't usually comment on videos, but i just had to for this one. so i've been doing this workout for a while (almost a year actually) & out of my many years of working out & trying out different ab workouts, this one is by far one of the best ones i've ever done where you truly see visible results such as the "ab crack" (combined with other workouts & a proper diet, of course). it burns but it really is worth it & every set is back to back with no rest which requires more tension & engagement on your core. my ab crack was never prominent until i consistently started doing this workout, as well as eylem's other workouts cause they are all equally as effective & the most effective ab workouts i've ever done. good luck guys stay motivated!

      @@lifeisbeautiful3366 every person's dietary needs are different, but i made sure to prioritize eating 3 balanced meals a day, not restricting & especially increasing my protein intake. i did this workout on the days i do ab workouts so about two to three times a week!

      I agree so much! I’ve never felt so good about my body, it’s not the best but still it’s awsome! I’ve been doing it for about 2 months and I’m seeing serious results I love this workout, I love the fact everything is only 30 seconds aswell, it makes everything go by so fast

      yoga yaparken çetin çetintaş bey demişti ki eğer boynunuzda ağrı hisediyorsanız karnınızı yeterince aktive etmiyorsunuz demektir. boynunla göğsün arasında bir elma ya da tenis topu tuttuğunu hayal et ve boynunu kasmak yerine karnını aktif kullan demişti :) umarım yardımcı olabilmişimdir... :)

      @Ale : apparently I’m not really on a diet, this week I’ve been enjoying food because I’m currently on my spring break.
      But I do exercise and I make sure I get my cardio workouts in.
      In fact, today I’ll be starting my healthy diet again.
      And no, my back doesn’t hurt while doing this workout.

      @Vale _345 I mean this video is just a 12 minute workout that concentrates specifically on the abs area, it did work on my waist- it decreases and diminished in size.
      Yet, keep in mind that I include at-least 30 minutes of cardio and HIIT workout to keep my heart healthy and in addition to that I’ll be burning extra calories and fats.
      Try doing this video first thing in the morning- with an empty stomach. Try to include cardio workouts within your day.

      @Vale _345 I’m not a nutritionist nor a doctor so whatever I say plz refer to your nutritionist. In fact I’m 14, and I do cardio 5x a day. I try Lily Sabri’s HIIT workout and I go out for a run.
      There are many workout to do on TH-cam. I prefer exercising and working out with the fitness trainer you enjoy most.

    I have been doing every day for the past year an abs & core workout by Eylem, including this workout. I have to say I have seen results and I speak as a person who is really hard to get abs. You just need 10-12 min per day and consistency

    Hey, dears,
    I’m Yeva, Im from Ukraine and I love my body. (That’s a valuable thing to say, after my anorexia and other disorders). Right before the war started I’ve finished my work with dietologist and that was the first time when I wanted to loose weight in a healthy (!!) way. But then the war came and me with my family started our “trip”. All progress just came out of the window.
    And now, when we are in a safety, I sincerely want to loose some weight to be more fit and comfortable (physically) in my body. Good luck to me! I’ll write here about the progress

    Dün gece bu sporu bu videoyu yaparken tamda 4. dakikasında annemin çığlık sesiyle yerimden hızlıca kalktım 6 yıldır bizimle olan muhabbet kuşumuz boğularak öldü.... Artık her bu sporu yaparken aklıma ölümün çocuğumun aklıma geleceğini hiç düşünmemiştim... Nasıl bir workout videosu nasıl bu kadar anlamlı olacaktı aklım almıyor.......

    this is my favorite workout of all abs workouts😌 ... it will run fast and on the second day in the morning I have a flatter stomach than I used to have

    Oh my gosh these exercises are really hard for me. I had to cry to practice it and I was thinking of giving up. But when I think about the body I want, I motivate myself to try harder. Although my body aches, I still have to work hard to have a beautiful body. Thank you for the exercise, one day soon I will succeed❤

    Tam 3 aydır bu antrenmanı yapıyorum son 1 aydır ekstra 5 dk abs roller aletiyle çalışıyorum benim alt karnım yağlıydı şu an az da olsa var ama o da gidecek sadece bu antrenmanı yapmak yetmiyor tabi beslenme çok önemli. Hep benimde karın kaslarım olsa keşke diye özenirdim şu an resmen üst karnımda 2 tane baklavam gözüküyor. Bir çok video izledim hepsinde ilk başlayanlar için beli çok zorlayan hareketler var bu video tam yeni başlayanlara göre. Ben ilk başladığımda hareketleri 15 saniye yapıp dinlenerek yapıyordum şimdi aynı Eylem gibi nefes almadan yapıyorum. Hırslanıp bırakmayın sonuçlara bayılacaksınız. :D
