She didnt show the correct way of eating the soup.you have to dip the spoon in to the soup with the spoon facing away from you.And when using the knife and the fork,you dont have to keep the knife back on the plate and eat with the fork..Its the American style.In continental style, you can eat with the fork without keeping the knife back on the plate.its much easier dat way..And when you go to out to the wash room or somewhere and you are returning back to finish the meal,KEEP THE SERVIOUT ON THE SEAT.What she says is completely wrong..You dont have to fold it.And when you finish the meal you keep the serviout on the left hand side of the table.
