      instant oats වලට වඩා steel cut oats වල Glycaemic Index (GI) එක ගොඩක් අඩුයිලු. හැබැයි instant oats වගේ ඉක්මනට හදාගන්න බෑ විනාඩි 20 විතර තම්බන්න ඕන.
