Hi, it is always better to do normal walking compared to 8 shape or infinity walking unless you have a coordination problem. Eight shaped walking applies more pressure on your ligaments, so it is better to do regular walking.

After few months I started having heel pain, when I showed to orthopaedic doctor, he told me I am having Plantar fasciitis. Now I am not able to walk few meters because of pain.
