Summary for me and those who need it : Morning on empty stomach : Turmeric tea OR lemon and chia seeds drink. Breakfast (after 40 minutes) : apple carrot or apple banana smoothie. Lunch : toasted brown bread with sliced boiled egg and one apple sprinkled with cinnamon. After half hour : matcha green tea OR regular green tea (In between snacking options : carrot, cucumber, celery, beetroot, 3 dates) Dinner by 7:30pm : bowl of masala oats OR gira oatmeal Bedtime : glass of warm lemon water (Keep yourself hydrated)

Sprinkle cinnamon powder . Lunch : Toast one brown bread and top it with 1 boiled egg. Salt&pepper. + 1 apple sprinkled with freshly ground cinnamon. After 30mins have 1cup of matcha tea or regular green tea Evening : have a cup of green tea or matcha green tea Dinner : masala oat or just oat. 7:30pm Have a glass of warm lemon 🍋 water.
I completed my 10 days but i cheated on 2 days cos of wedding season, so cant say for sure but i lost 2.5kg and hell loads of bloating around waist line, i forgot to take measurements before and after else i would have updated that too, m gonna take 2-3 days break and start over religiously again for 10days and than i shall update again. Thanks for coming back with the feedback, do take a break of 2-3 days if you plan to start over. On the break days, use any one of my breakfast smoothies and oats or other lunch options I have already posted. All my recipes are sugar and oil free (I do use a little bit of healthy fats at times). Keep your diet sugar and oil free till you achieve your target. Hope this helps and also keep yourself hydrated by drinking water, turmeric tea, green tea etc.

Today is the 10th day My weight decreased quickly in the first few days like i mentioned above. Later the rate got down. I started at 74 kgs, on 4th day i was 71kgs, today on the last day i'm 69 kgs. Didn't lose 10kgs but i'm happy.

Hi mam, Thank you for your video. I was diagnosed with pcod and I was having thyroid problems too. doctor suggested to loose 6kgs in 2 months. Initially I was doing home based workouts for 45 to 50 minutes but the result was not so good. Then I followed this video for 10days (slightly modified receipes) with 15 minutes of workout, the result was fantastic. Certainly not 1kg =2.2 lbs. potential dangers: permanent loose skin from rapid weight loss, muscle mass loss that could have other health effects (I know from experience), strong likelihood of bounce-back weight gain, fatigue, and more

Its impossible to lose 10 kgs in 10 days that too with 900 cal and light exercise. At the max u can lose 2-3 kgs in a healthy way and that too with exercise. DONT GET CARRIED AWAY.
