Its true i ve Lupus RA etc I take curcumin with moringa cinnamon stevia hot water an a little milk im carnivore totally i dint crave sweets breads etc but i dinear cabbage ince a week spinach once a week green beans an gem squash once a week i cant believe i havent last a kilo un the pass for mrhs I do pilatis 5 times a week.

What if you eat 100% grass fed yogurt and cottage cheese is that also inflammatory
